    This company Safe Splash (**********, **) has kept my money, but did not have the instructor present for 2nd day of instruction-used a substitute; most of the time was spent talking in the pool; decided to terminate instructions for safety reasons as my daughter was quite apprehensive getting into the pool (ist instructor was aware of the problem: obese, low vision) and out of the pool w/o guidance. I was/am willing to pay half, but the company has refused to credit my credit card for the $260.

    For Christmas 2019, I purchased swim ******s at the *********** location of this company for my granddaughters. They went to their first ****** in March 2020 and then Covid hit so the center was shut down. My son recently tried to get them started again and found out that the *********** location was shut down permanently so I contacted the company to get my money back. The company is refusing to refund my money because the center is closed. Since ***** wasn't my fault, it's not fair that my granddaughters be punished for it. The company said that my son could take them to another location but the nearest one is 16 miles away from him. I just want my money back so I can get ******s.
