Summary:I was misled into a fraudulent educational upgrade through Henry Harvin and *******. I was promised a Master's degree from **************** but ended up incurring a $1,000 debt and being offered a diploma from questionable institutions, including *********************** and FLISM.Details:In June 2023, I enrolled in a Postgraduate Program in Data Science with Henry Harvin. By June 2024, I had completed my coursework. On June 12, 2024, a Henry Harvin representative, ****, offered me an upgrade to a Masters degree from **************** with no immediate financial obligation. However, shortly after agreeing to explore the offer, I was unknowingly signed into a $1,000 Klarna loan via *******, a company I had never interacted with.Attempts to cancel the transaction were unsuccessful, as Kodakco was unresponsive and Henry Harvin provided evasive answers. ****** eventually reversed the debt after 9 months of disputes, acknowledging the transaction was fraudulent.Subsequently, Henry Harvin informed me that the Master's degree would be from ***********************, which I found to be a suspicious, unaccredited institution. I bought ******************* science course(R, Tableau, Python etc)' in November 2023 (#HHL59524). I paid $2000 for this scam. They have payment through a third party (Affirm). Once I bought the course, they assigned me a student counselor/manager. The first 3months went relatively okay where the manager/counselor was responding to queries and questions. But after that is a different story. I have been unable to chose a batch without the counselor approval and counselors don't respond. In the beginning, they suggested I use the recordings of the different courses and I found that lectures were missing. e.g. I started recordings for Python, after lecture 4 (having made a tempo and getting in the flow), is lecture 7. Now I couldn't understand a thing after that as 2 lectures are missing. Reporting the issue resolved nothing. and it happed with other courses as well.I tried reaching out for cancellation and a refund. The agent responded (in email) that I only had the first 14 days to do that. I had discussed this option with the hiring person before I enrolled and he did not give me 14 day cancellation timeline. He kept saying that 'we will do something if you are not happy with the course'. A blatant lie. In the last 3 months alone, I have sent 4-5 emails, called the provided number multiple times (the number no longer works), have left numerous requests through 'LIVE CHATS' but I have not received a call back, or an email. I have requested for batch allocations, missing lectures in recordings, request for course extension but I have not heard back. My subscription time is almost up. I spent a good amount of money that has gone to waste. I don't know who to contact and how to contact anyone who would respond from Henry Harvin. It has been a compete waste of time, money and energy. It seems to be a scam company with extremely unhelpful customer support representatives. I signed up for the **************** masters degree in cybersecurity program the training class provided by Henryharvin with the costs of $4000. After completed the training program and I took an exit exam as required for students to receive the masters degree. Since completed the training I didnt receive any degree diploma or any certification from the **************** or Henryharvin. I called Henryharvin many times as well emails to their management, but only empty promises. I also called **************** and they didnt have my name enrolled in the degree. Henryharvin was scam me for $4000 by lied to me by enrollment to the ****************. This is an unacceptable in ******* to have such a business. They only shown their makeup communication with the college of *****. I personally contacted the **************** of my enrollment, the college responded that Henryharvin didnt enroll in the college of Paris program like they have promised when I first joined and paid for the payment for $4000. Im not satisfied with their scam response without contact me for further results this matters. They blocked my calls and never replied to my email. I have canceled my registration and no longer wish to do business with Henry Harvin do to lack of communication, suspected fraudulent activity, and a lack professionalism. I've been enrolled in the Cyber security post graduate program since September 4/2023. I've had a number of complications and unresolved issues, the administration is ran by foreigners while they claim to be located out of **********. I was told I didn't qualify for the pay nothing until after you receive your certification and job placement. However they said I could be a part of the freelance portion that would help me gain employment within the IT field of work I'm studying and that would help with tuition cost. That wasn't true and I was told I was misinformed. I made my first initial payment of $100 on 9/4/23, and my second payment of $100 was on 10/30/23. I made HH aware I was dealing with homelessness and unemployed due to a serious previous work injury. They said they were willing to work with me. The whole month of November after I made my payment I didn't hear much of anything. They said ****** was sick and then eventually they said he no longer worked for the company. I kept getting passed around. There's no specific customer service help center available. I got random calls from people claiming to be associated with HH trying to get money out of me. I was being told about discounts and programs and I was being pressured to pay more money. Funds was taken from my account I didn't authorize and they kept saying they can't ***** me a refund. On 12/1/23 I made another payment what was supposed to be another $100 however they took $499. At this point I've lost all faith in the integrity of this company. I am rejecting this response because: Henry Harvin has not properly handled or addressed this situation. I made it clear to them I no longer wish to be enrolled in they're program. I mentioned my admissions counselor and they told me he was fired for giving false information and misleading students and commiting fraud. Therefore having this knowledge of the person I was assigned as my admissions counselor handling my registration process, this is a conflict of interest. I deem the contract null and void. Henry Harvin has been very misleading. Even now, they are falsifying my online scheduled class percentage. I have not engaged in any live online courses since last October 2023. They contact trying to pusuade me to give them another chance making promises and offering discounts. I tell them every time I no longer feel comfortable doing business with them. I've lost hope in this organization and feel very strongly they need to be investigated. I don't want to continue with the school I want my full refund of ****** ASAP.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Henry Harvin, a company that specializes in providing educational services in the field of *** BW. This complaint pertains to a series of grievances I have experienced as a customer of *********************************************, including a breach of contract and unethical business practices.On July 24th, 2023, I entered into a contract with Henry Harvin, paying an amount of *** 720 to enroll in their *** BW4/HANA classes. However, the classes were never conducted, and I was transferred to another random ********************************* without my consent to which I never agreed on.Complaints: 1. Non-Conducted Classes: Despite my payment, the partner institute **************** did not conduct the *** BW classes as agreed upon in our contract, resulting in a complete failure to fulfill their contractual obligations. They started with wrong "*** BW on ***** classes and when complained about it, followed by no instructor for 3-4 weeks weeks and than only 3 lectures (Sep 30, Oct 1, Oct 7) with correct instructor at **************** after which nothing going forward. So, just 3 lectures happened correctly. Wasted approx. 3 months now. 2. I was contacted by *********************** with Henry Harvin on 12.28.2022 asking if I was interested in taking a course to teach English as a foreign language, TEFL. He offered me a discount which was $149. and through a text GUARANTEED that if I did not get a job after the course he would refund me the money. I took the course, studied, took all the tests, and submitted my final exam and then I NEVER received a certificate which I need to have in order to get a job. I have been dealing with their company for 3 weeks emailing and calling about my certificate and all I get is a run around saying they will get my the certificate and yet NO ONE ever does. I ask for a refund and they say they will help me then they never do. This has been going on and on and on and want them investigated. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS and I believe they never intend to give you a certificate or get me a job. NO ONE will help me and I have talked to at least 5 people about this and they keep handing me off to other people. I finally received my certificate after all of this but now they SAY they are supposed to have someone call me and find a job and once again, they have not done anything. I requested a refund again and again and they said that if I take down the BBB complaint they will refund my money. I don't believe for one second they will do this. They keep saying they promise all these things and then never follow up, refund or send me any job referrals or anything. I do not trust them, I do not want to work for them, I only want a refund now, that is it. I also want everyone to know that they are scam artists and I want reviews to show this. I am rejecting this response because: It took MONTHS of haggling, sending hundreds of emails to get my certificate and then when they guaranteed employment, I never received any links to apply for job.They are a SCAM and everyone knows it. They do everything possible to ignore your email and phone calls and only AFTER submitting complaint after complaint do they finally give in, it is a HORRIBLE company and they can not be trusted.
