This company constantly sends spam messages that clearly are spam, but there is no way to successfully unsubscribe from any of their mailings. They use several "company" names and individual fake persons' names to send these spam messages regarding HR live webinars. It has been impossible for me to block their emails, reporting them as spam does nothing, and the "unsubscribe" feature does nothing. I feel this is illegal.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased a webinar that was to be held on the same day for the price of $149.00. I never received the log-in details for the webinar so, I immediately called customer service and was told that the webinar was postponed. I had the option to get a recording from a previous webinar on the same topic. I request to obtain the recording through email, and I got no response. I have tried calling their customer service to request a refund and haven't gotten a response. The more I am looking into their website the more skeptical I have become about their legitimacy of their offerings.Initial Complaint

I purchased a webinar that was to be held on the same day for the price of $145.00. I never received the log-in details for the webinar. I immediately sent an e-mail to the customer service team requesting a full refund. This e-mail was sent on 4/21/22. They responded with an option to have 6 months of recorded webinars and a recording of the webinar that I missed. This was not what I requested as I just wanted a full refund of my money. This e-mail conversation went back and forth for weeks with no resolution. I finally spoke with someone at the company and explained my request and was told that they would refund me the money within 7 to 10 business days. That was on 5/19/22 and nearly a month later, I still have not received my refund. I received NO goods or service from this company and therefore I should not be paying for anything.Initial Complaint

On April 29th I purchased a recorded webinar called Compensation Dos and Donts from ******************. I paid ****** for the recorded versionand confirmed with the bank that the charge did in fact go through and there have not been any credits issued against the charge.. I was told the webinar would be emailed to me right after the webinar took place on May 2nd. When I did not receive the webinar on May 3rd, I sent an email to the address I was directed to on their website: ********************** I never heard back from them so I followed up with a phone call to their office at ************. No one ever answers this phone no matter the time of day or day of the week but I left voicemail anyway. I have not heard back from them by phone, or by email so I decided to sleuth out other ways to contact them. I called their 800 number and a gentleman named ************************* out of *******, ** responded and said he couldnt help me and referred me to the very 800 number I had reached him at ************. He had asked for my order number originally but the receipt provided by this company didnt indicate an order number, only a transaction number. ****** said he could do nothing with that number. He also gave me another email address that he claimed would respond immediately after I sent my claim: webinars@******************. I have since sent the email to the email address indicated, and have heard nothing back from that email address either nor have I heard back from support@******************. At this point they have my ****** and I have received nothing in return nor any response to inquiries going back a week. Im beginning to wonder if this is a scam. I would like my money back and to record my experience so perhaps others will not fall prey.
