On 12/15 we purchased a training session with Webinar health. This is the 2nd enounter with this business. The course costs $445 for one attendee. The course is to occur tomorrow at **** pacific standard time and they were to send a link to the attendee to join. They contacted us this evening to let us know that the course is canceled and instead of refunding the money, they offer something for 12 months to find another course. This is the 2nd time that this same company had offered a course, collected the same amount of money $445 and then immediately canceled the course. They do not offer the course again but instead, try to get the purchaser to get something else which is basically a bait and switch. They offer another course and whatever else is selected, it is subsenquently canceled as well. I will be seeking recourse from the credit card company but this is clearly a pattern with this company as it has not happened to me twice. They should be investigated for this practice.

I have received email after email from this company harassing me to attend a Webinar, and finally I decided to pay for a Webinar related to a topic I was actively working on. I signed up, submitted payment, and added it to my very busy work schedule. To no surprise, an hour before the program was to start, it was canceled. I immediately suspected this was fraud and there was never going to be a Webinar, just a scam to collect my money and keep it. I emailed multiple times requesting a full refund to my original form of payment and received a respond back that I can have a virtual credit. Virtual credit will not work for Webinars that will never be scheduled because they do not exist since this is a fraudulent company.
