    This company created our business website and then every year have come up with us needing to pay more money. Last year after feeling swindled. I made a deal with the company that this was the final payment and that my website would be secure and run appropriately. I think i was swindled on everything I purchased because I do not know how to verify I even own what they sold me. This year they said my whole site will be lost of I do not pay. We are not paying. I asked them to release my site. They will not release my site until they get Final payment. There will be no more final payments and I think they are going to destroy my website which cost me over $6000.00

    In February of 2024 I paid Blitz websites$440.00 to build a website which was complete but not anything that they promised, I ended providing all content. In March they said that I would have to pay for 3 years of hosting which I agreed to for the amount of $1386.00. This was to include email, social media and the website and marketing. Since then they have continued try and get more money and I have lost my domain name to them, my email is gone, my old website is gone and my business has disappeared, my last customer was August 1st. I found out that if I want my domain name back I have to buy it back now from another company. Unfortunately this was all done through email and text, so I do not have a documents just proof that ********************** no longer exists. I do have emails and text messages verifying everything.

    I started using a company named blitz web solutions in about January this year and everything started off well. But then a few months down the road after I was told this would only take about 2 months I had nothing.i called was told the was issues that a fee needed to be paid I paid it then I heard nothing. I had family matter come up that needed my attention more then anything and put the website place in the back on my head.a few months go by and nothing so I started to reach out and talking with **** then I needed more money then a few weeks go by and now I need more money there scamming me.

    Service paid for in full received nothing Company promised 100% money back guarantee. To design website. provides nothing. Tries to upsale the original agreement and then refuses to provide you with anything. Only tries to sell you more without completing the original task. Runs you around telling you to contact this or that person who don't exist. Tell you they have completed the service you paid for but you get nothing

    Back in March I signed up with ************************* from Blitz to create a new website for me. i'm in the Home Improvement industry. He told me that it would take less then a month to create it. A few days later I speak to ******************, who tells me he's the project manager going to be creating the website for me. I explained to him about the company and gave him details of the work that I do. After weeks of going back and forth about the design. things were moving extremely slow. I don't think they ever created a website for contractors before.I told them what I was looking for with videos and pictures and content. and they didn't understand. ****************** me a extra $1000. to add the content to the website which I didn't realize was already included. After about a month i get a call from ****, who tells me that now he is handling the website moving forward. by now a second month has passed and its still not even close to being done. then I get a call from ***************************** and she tells me she's the manager and will be taking over from now on.All of this time I've been telling them that I also need my key words entered into the content to be used for the *** which is supposed to all be included in the price of the website. After another month or so ****************** calls me and tells me that he's back in charge and will be handling everything.********* had told me that ***** will be handling all of the *** Key words and the content for the website. After two weeks he did NOTHING. ***** just keeps trying to sell me every extra. I told him i'm not spending anything else with him, that he should read the original contract. every else he was trying to upsell me was part of the original contract; CMS, Maintenance, *** and any other changes to the website.Its NOW 6 MONTHS LATER and still not done. After ***** found out that everything should be included, he passed over the website to a "New Manager" *******************, who now tells me that He's going to handle everything himself.

    I started working with Blitzweb Solutions in January 2023. They promised a one time fee for hosting my site, with all the necessary approvals. ***** then, a salesman from them, ******************, calls me **** times a day, always telling me that if I don't add this on or that on, the service won't work. Then I receive an email last week telling me that my website is not PCI and HIPPA compliant. First of all, I use Stripe, which is PCI compliant. Secondly, there is no patient or private information on my website, so I'm not sure what HIPPA rules are being applied. They tell me that unless I pay $5500, my website will be taken down. They have replaced the website with a very threatening message, which has scared patients away. I have enclosed those webpages. Please not the spelling errors.I have already paid for services, and according to their agreement, I can be refunded if not 100% satisfied. But that has been a challenge to resolve with them.

    This company was paid a total of over ******. to design a custom website and mobile application for my wellness company. Included was marketing materials and lifetime hosting/SEO/Marketing. I began with the design team October 2020. The entire project was scheduled to be completed by June 2021. The project manager kept giving excuses and using manipulative tactics to continue prolonging the completion. The was never completed and the site/application never reached to the point to go live. It never was even beta tested. I filed complaints, have talked to 6 different people who claimed to be the *** regarding this. I have continued to be told the project would be completed. The last conversation, the actually thought I would pay an additional $1500 to reactivate my account that they closed January 2022 without providing me with anything that I purchased. They are total scammers and have multiple business names "under the same umbrella" such as 360 design, American Logo Designers. They also filed my trademark which was marked by the ***** as a fraudulent company and I have to refile and pay for my trademark AGAIN.

    I am in the process of obtaining a custom website. this started in October and is still not done. They made my website live and it is horrible complete with competitors pictures on my site as well as typos and gramatical errors. It is not set up how we discussed, they did not add items we spoke about. 100% a problem. It was supposed to be complete dec 1, then dec 31, then jan 15th ,and now by tomorrow which it is still not! I cannot understnd how they can set a website live with COMPETITORS pictures on MY website and some of them are litterally marked where they came from. My payment platform is not integrated. They do not call when they say they will or when I request. I am beyond infuriated and dishertened. I am not paying for a website that is unusable. Dogontourdesigns.com. I believe the attached document shows a number of the issues and it is not comprehensive. I have paid well over $1000 at this point.

    Has been 7 months of trying to create a website. The cost was innitially a ****** site and cost me 2****** and is still not complete despite phone calls and emails of what needed to be corrected on the site. I am an artist. my work was streched, squashed just unacceptable. I paid for a "disability law?????? that was ******* on Jan 4th 2022. I don't know if this is a scam. But it is seriously not up to my expectations in terms of time, money. I have been working with these people for 7 months. The website is unacceptable it is my lively hood and has to represent my work perfectly. However my images are squashed, stretched I can't market myself like this. Everything is too big and you are unable to get a detail. I need this to be done ASAP. I have trusted these people for too long and they always disappoint me. I have a lot invested in this website and am not marketable under these circumstances. A mediocre website doesn't cut it. My work has to be exactly represented.I hope you can help. Thank you.
