    I am rejecting this response because: the emails I provided with my previous response prove *********************** is lying. Pony Express (**** & *****************************) admitted in writing via email on multiple occasions that I was over charged. Here is a direct quote, "After reviewing the necessary documents we have concluded that you are due a $298 refund just as you requested in a previous email." The screenshot attached is the partial payment I received from ***************************** the "Office Manager" for $100 on February 2, 2024 that states there is an outstanding balance of $198. I ask ****/Pony Express Pest to produce any evidence that I am not owed money for fraudulent charges (I am not asking for a refund for the 4 Invoices that I paid in full). As previously provided, I have plenty of emails and Credit Card Statements that document their fraudulent business practice of overcharging customers and not refunding, including personal anecdotes from other members of our community that are owed money from the *******/Pony Express Pest.
    Monday (June 26). We were out of town from June 26 to July 4 and during that time there was no communication from the company and no charges were refunded. At this point, we were not confident that the company was going to resolve the issue so we called *********** to dispute the charges we were aware of. After *********** resolved all but $298 worth of charges, we again reached out to Pony Express. They admitted that they owed us $298 but only provided a $100 refund on February 2, 2024. At this time Pony Express Pest Control owes my wife an I a total refund balance of $198. I continue to follow-up but get in response that we are "Mean harrassing" them. We are requesting a refund for services not rendered. We paid the invoices when services were completed, and the invoices state that resprays are at no charge. The owners admitted in writing on multiple occasions that we are due a refund, but never seem to follow through. We just want our money refunded and to go our separate ways.

    I do not owe this money, his service was completed. We have discussed this with the customer I am not sure why he keeps pressing this issue. I need time to produce proof of the service completed due to the fact that it's in last years file in storage. My office manager has been out of town however she came back today so I just need a few more days to figure this out.

    I am rejecting this response because: the response from the owner is not true. They have admitted in writing multiple times that I was over charged and that a refund is owed. Please see attach email correspondences with Pony Express Pest Control.

    We will pay the $198 via cash app, from what I understand we didn't really owe this because services were provided to him. So we are giving him a refund on services completed which seems unfair to our business however I don't want this on my record.

    I am rejecting this response because: I want this complaint to remain open until the proper refund is issued. I requested the $198 through the "Cash App" from ***************************** on Thursday 4/11/24 (Screenshot attached). Once refund is received the complaint will be resolved and no further action is needed.
