    Airpac airlines of ********* repeatedly allow their pilots to fly dangerously low over densely populated city. Airpac Airlines has ignored these concerns, that has put the citizens of Highpoint ******* in danger by allowing their pilots to do reckless stunts flying below the FFAs minimum altitude for a densely populated city.

    AirPac Airlines operates under positive ATC control for all flight operations into and out of the ******* area. The route identified in the attached JPG depicts our aircraft flying a special low altitude arrival into ************. These flights along this route are specifically coordinated by ******* Approach Control and ****** Tower.

    The route is specifically to allow passage from the ************* area, to ************ without interfering with the operations of ***************************** arrivals, which are depicted as the south flying jets in the picture provided by the concerned party. These jets in this area can fly as low as ****', so to allow for adequate separation, ATC routes aircraft through the corridor below them at or below ****', which is roughly ****' above the ground in that area.

    While I understand the concerns expressed, I assure that these flight operations are being conducted safely, lawfully and in compliance with ATC directives.
