Purchased a used washing machine for my rental house from Jeremiah's Appliances on Mar. 9 for $300. On Mar. 25, it started making loud knocking noises. After my numerous texts and phone calls, they came and took the washer back claiming its clutch has gone out. Again after numerous texts they brought it back late Mar. 29. They tried to blame us for the damages saying they won't repair it again, to which I replied we used the machine normally and it broke when it had barely 4 or 5 pieces of garments in it, and I expect them to actually extend their warranty, not reject it. I don't know what kind of a bandaid repair they made that on Sunday May 21 my tenants noticed a leak that kept getting worse. On Tuesday May 23 I started texted Jeremiah. He finally replied and said he will have it repaired May 25 afternoon. Never showed up, and again didn't respond to my numerous texts and calls for 4 days. Jeremiah sold me a defective machine and is obviously too dishonest to be trusted. So I want my $300 back.

In May 2022 we hired ******** from ********'s Appliance to repair our Maytag washer. He took the washer to his shop, said it needed a part replaced. A couple of days later he said it would be too expensive to fix and he had a used washer in perfect condition for $375. We decided to try the washer. It was defective, it was on continuous wash. We had to unplug. My husband called ******** and requested he return our washer and refund and take his defective washer. He said he would bring our washer same day. His son showed up with a washer which I assumed was ours. I asked him if he brought our refund which he said no. He did not bring our washer but a second used washer from his shop. I called ********. Said he got rid of our Maytag washer. He said he was going through a lot because his dad was ill in Mexico. I said I understood and we will try this washer. It was worse than the 1st one. The spin cycle was off balance even with a few clothes. Since September 2022 I've tried over and over to contact ********. He finally messaged me. Said no worries, I'll be there tomorrow with refund and to pickup his washer. This excuse would be used for a week. I finally gave him a bad review on google. He contacted me via messaging that I should not have done that. He said he had no problem refunding our money but to 1st take down the bad review. I said I would and I did the same day. I texted him and would respond with "no worries" I'll be there in the morning for 4 days in a row. I finally wrote another review. He contacted me via messaging and said I caused him to lose a customer and he didn't need to explain anything to me. On November 4th he blocked me for a second time.
