On or before November 20, 2024 I took my vehicle to get checked due to my check engine light being on. Mechanic had did a diagnostic check and found it to be my transmission. ******** stated that I do have a warranty on it and can get it fixed with no money out of pocket. I stated lets do it. On November 20, 2024 the inspector went to the mechanic shop to do an inspection and see if it would get approved to fix. It was and the claim was started. On November 26, 2024, I went into the shop to pick up the vehicle because the work was done. Within a week or two, the check engine light came back on and I took it back to the mechanic. The mechanic stated that he would flush out the fluids and that would fix the engine light from coming on. Within another week, the engine light came back on and called the mechanic. At this point, the mechanic was giving me excuses. The first excuse was that I would have to wait til the beginning of the year because he was going to have surgery. I had waited til then and know he is telling me that he doesn't have a mechanic to do the work, because he had ordered another transmission. He would be conducting interviews. Now, I am here waiting on him. I just want my car fixed. The job was paid for and want it fixed.

I was contacted by the company on that same day, 1/13/2025 to bring in my vehicle to get it fixed properly and was told that the company was going to take their time and not to rush them. As of Friday, January 27, 2025 I was informed by the owner that the company was going to work on the vehicle on Monday, January 27, 2025. The communication with the owner as of today, January 27, 2025 was that no one was at the shop and he did not have a mechanic. The work would start tomorrow. I am tired of getting the run around from the owner to get the job done properly. Now my concern is that this owner will not do a good job and try to mess with my vehicle because he is not happy that I filed a complaint and I have to keep contacting him for updates on the vehicle. He is causing me to stress out because I need my vehicle to get to work and go to my appointments. Had this job been correctly in the beginning, I would not be filing this complaint and he would not have to do the job again or continue doing the job. He was already paid for this job. Why is he taking such a long time? Why is he giving me the run around?

Ive been communicating with her husband, ****, and they have been calling every day regarding their vehicle, and I have been explaining to them that we Are under staffed at this moment, but we are working to resolve this issue with their vehicle and I had explained it to the husband **** because he communicates with me that we were gonna send the car to a transmission shop. Another location to get a second opinion in the transmission shop stated that is not the transmission anymore, but the torque converter was defective and we are replacing the torque converter as I explained before and I explained to them and to the husband which gave me OK To take it to another location to get it checked, which Im paying for not them And I told them the vehicle should be ready this week I also have this conversation on text messages with the husband
