      The business failed to provide me with a refund on a purchase I made. I paid ****** in total and returned a part in which they failed to provide me with the correct one therefore I requested a refund which was supposed to be *****. This purchase was made November 5th, and the refund was supposed be reimbursed on the 8th. I've tried many times to request an update, and they continue to give me excuses and say they will call me back, yet they continue to fail too. I've even requested to pick up my refund in person and they decline to allow me too.
