    I am a new customer with ******************, it took me from Nov 2024 when I first tried to place my order to mid December before I could get my product installed. It was a ************* had hoped my Frontier experience would better, but it has not. My complaint is: 1) I called to get help paying my bill & this did not happen. 2) I asked for help setting up "My Bill ****** Account" where I could go in and pay my bill manually on line. That did not happen/work .3) I asked why I was unable to read the ****************** Contracts for setting up my Account & was referred to another department that I never got to speak to. 4) I asked for a Supervisor and was denied., thus the BBB complaint.5) I asked about why my Fiber Optics Plan was a bit more expensive than I had originally been quoted and this was never answered, Instead, I now have a lower priced monthly payment on a Promo for a Security Product for one year at $39.00 ???? . Due to an English barrier the agent could not explain to me what she was doing, She just did it! Expecting me to trust ********* judgement in the matter. Sorry, but I need to know what is going on and what the obligations might, especially after one year. She also did not mention if there were contractual obligations. My final words were I could not accept this until I knew more.Finally, she stated that she needed to transfer me to another department that could set up my bill pay. However the call was dropped before I received any help.6) After starting all over again, I wound up with a disagreeable agent and I hung up.
