      12/16/23 $45 paid in total Every staff member is extremely rude. The way they talk to their students appalls me. They dont have respect for anyone, they talk to you like if youre below them. I went to the lady named **** to pay and I was unaware that the cost to blow dry my hair was 10 dollars & asked her how washing my hair went from $5 to $15 & she kept saying thats why I asked over and over with a huge attitude, Ive been told that the staff talk badly about clients including me and my sister. Last Saturday I came to get *************** done & the stylist we booked an appointment with was late by a couple *********** said when she gets here they were going to send her ********* had to reschedule if we wanted her. When we left the staff was talking about us saying I told those little girls the stylist is not going to stay That is highly unprofessional & definitely not necessary. ***** talks to the students in the rudest ways for no reason, it makes me want to say something for the students because I know theyll get kicked out from the school if they even try defending themselves, they need training on customer service or on how to actually talk to someone, because they way they talk to everyone is NOT IT. ***** & **** especially are the rudest ones I have encountered at this salon. I get that its family owned but they could at least have respect for the people that keep this place open like the STUDENTS AND CLIENTS were the ones that pay, it makes me never want to come here again because I dont need to deal with their disrespect.

      I have contacted ******* and she has explained in further detail.

      We are going to get back in touch after the first of the year to work on desired settlement 

      I apoligized for her experience at our *********** location, but she just wants to make sure that the location also acknowledges.

      I am requesting the patron documentation from the school to review

      I will be addressing the appropriate staff in regards to this complaint.

      This establishment is completely unprofessional, from management in the office down to employees . For whatever reason , they cannot seem to keep an instructor for our program . In the 3 months weve been here , weve had 1 teacher with many issues , would cry during class , the employees including management would cause a hostile environment .That instructor left and we were with out a teacher for 2-3 weeks & were not learning at all which is totally unfair for the price we are paying and all we are promised at the start of our educational journey . Last week employees were crying in & outside of the office, and students were make uncomfortable, yet again. They tell us to leave our personal issues at the door and cant seem to do it themselves . We are on our 3rd *********** 3rd teacher who will also be leaving soon . This whole situation is starting to feel like a scam & the employees are in no rush to resolve any of these on going issues . I feel our tuition should be forgiven or at least discounted due to all of these unfair circumstances .

      Firstly, I would like to say that this school, Lyles College of Beauty, is unprofessional. In the 3 months that Ive been here, my classmates and I had had 3 different teachers; 2 with knowledge of the esthetics program & 1 instructor with no knowledge of the skin. I can speak for my classmates and I when I say we have learned absolutely nothing while being in school. I honestly believe the staff at Lyles profoundly does this for money. Weve had teachers who vape during class, talk about their personal lives, etc. Our equipment here isnt the best and they refuse to fix any of its damages.

      I am currently a student at Lyles college in *********** **********. I would like if someone can investigate this school that I am attending because I have paid my tuition and yet dont have a teacher to be teaching us. She quit on us due to her being unprofessional not teaching us anything about the course Im taking. ******* her vape pen in class literally blowing her smoke in my face. She comes in drunk has more than MULTIPLE duis. Causes drama with the entire school. I dont feel safe with her coming back. This course has been a waist of my time and money.

      I am a student here at Lyle’s and they have been messing with my hours.

      Students use a hand time clock to generate their entrance and exit for school daily

      Their daily activities (practical and theory) are recorded on their individual tickets (weekly tickets)

      Students are in receipt of their own tickets daily and turn in for credit weekly.
