      In April 2024, I scheduled an appointment for May 23rd on behalf of a contractor working at a college. However, due to uncertainty about which entity (College or Contractor) would be responsible for the cost of the work, I left a voicemail on May 20th at 4:46 PM to cancel the appointment. The next morning, a representative from the company called to confirm the cancellation, which I did, clearly stating I was not authorizing any work. The representative mentioned a plumber wanted the work done, but I emphasized that if the plumber was authorizing it, it would be their responsibility, not mine. Since then, the company has been repeatedly contacting me, the company I work for, and the client, incorrectly listing me for the ** as "vbl *********************" in their documents. Notably, they haven't contacted the plumber who allegedly wanted the work done. Due to the harassment and distress this has caused me and my co-workers, I'm considering filing a police report. All contact with me, the company I work for, and the college that I'm currently servicing needs to stop immediately.
