    The following is to request help and report that I have been victim, Breach of contract. This person took $ 3,000.00 From me, that was an advance from a Covered patio Job. His Name: ******** ********* ******  DL: ******** Address: **** * ****** *** *** ***  Time Line of Events: - April 2, ******** ********* Provided quote for 9,000.00 For patio and Cement 18 x 19. - May 1, I Augusto Lacan, Accepted his quote and provided advance as it was requested for Materials for a total of $ 3,000.00. Total was paid with Chase Bank Check #: ****. Both parties signed contract and took a copy of it. It was stated job will be started May 13st. - May 13th, He Did not showed up or started the job. - Jun 30 Drawing was due for permits, took several weeks to get resolved. - July 6th, Said he will start the 6th, then the 7, and the 8. Did not showed up. - July 17th someone else answered and said he was not available. - July 23, he said he will return my money by July 29th. He stopped answer the calls. - July 23, I did research and found that he scammed 2 more people in a similar way. My request is to get my money back so I can start my project and that He stops scamming people.
