    I purchased a 2 week boarding/training for my dog on 8/28/24 for 1850$ and I requested a refund the next day. No one is responding to me. The contract which I didnt sign because I changed my mind said refunds in full would be made if cancelled within 7 days of booking. This is a duplicate filing because I had the dates wrong in my first filing.

    I purchased a 2 week boarding/training for my dog for 1850$ on 8/21/24. I changed my mind the next day 8/22/24 and requested a refund. The contract (which I did not sign because I changed my mind) states a full refund if cancelled with in 7 days of booking. I have been texting and emailing the company for refund and no one is responding to me. Can you please help me.

    My chi. went for 3-wk. board & train from 11/30-12/22/23 My **************** went for 2-wk. board & train frm 12/7- 12/22/23. I paid $10,200. cash, because Off-leash k-9 ********** me 100% results in training my 3- dogs to that of a "WORKING POLICE/MILITARY" Dogs! They also 100%********** me results that my dogs would be trained as a pack to be taken anywhere OFF-************* commands would be taught from a distance "stay/extended stay, down/ext. down, place/ext. place etc. only none of my dogs were trained any commands off leash nor from a distance! All their promises & 100% guarantees were made just to get my money. They new I was vulnerable & at my wits end, I told them that it was imperative that each of my dogs be trained in each of their specific issues because I could no longer deal with all the barking & yelling. They guaranteed me that upon completion of the 2-3 wk ****************************** that I would never have anymore issues, that I would b alpha! My dogs returned home traumatized, my Chihuahua was injured in left eye within hours of arriving at facility! After sending a letter of demand, owner *********************** called me on March 22, 2023 & said he was willing to give a partial refund, he also said he wAs willing to send his trainers to be coming to my house to train my dogs as stated on his website & to fix all issues that I have w/my dogs. *********************** said, " let me speak to my ************* will see when they can start going to your house to start ************************** will call you in a few days!" **** has since not responded to any of my emails nor did they accept my 2nd. Letter of demand! **** is now ignoring me completely. My dogs returned home completely traumatized, dehydrated, & starving. Off-leash k-9 did not train my dogs as stated, my dogs are uncontrollable to this ******* am literally on the verge of putting my Chihuahua down because off-leash failed to provide their 100% ********** services, my 3 dogs wr not train to tht of a working police/ military dogs!
