      FlexToday took more money than they were supposed to in regards to an in-network cost which had one out of network item included. Instead they rejected the entire claim and are now taking my money hostage for any future reimbursement attempts.They need to clear my account. I have tried to get in contact with them via email or via phone, but they are unresponsive. The one time I was able to get in contact with then they told me the person in charge of this account is very scared of doing anything wrong so they deny any claim that is not straightforward

      Flex Today is the *** that my company uses and I have had an on going issue with them for months now. I owe $300 to a denied claim and I have chose to pay it back by reimbursing through approved expenses (IE. paying out of pocket for dr. ****** pharmacy etc.). I have submitted $136 of out of pocket expenses that should be going toward repayment of the $300 that I have not been credited, also $64 of my out of pocket expenses have also been debited from my *** account when they were paid out of pocket. They issued a check for $50 (which should be $64) over a month ago which I have not received. The reason I am reaching out to the BBB is it seems to take 3 emails for them to even respond and when I list all of my issues and claims they will vaguely respond to one point then not answer my next 3 emails. A reasonable resolution would be for the business to issue me a check for $64 (which they owe me) and acknowledge the $136 in credits I am owed toward the $300 repayment. I would have preferred to handle this with Flex Today but they do not seem to be interested in responding to my emails or working with my requests for what i am owed. As you can see in the attached documents they did not address any of my concerns and instead just explained how to submit an expense.

      Hello,I am trying to work with Flex Today to resolve some issues. They are refusing to help or guide how to fix the receipt issue.My transactions through the card were medical related and the two transactions were doctor visit related. I attempted to submit the receipt, but they don't want to accept it... However, a doctor's ****** did give a discount on the consultation fee because insurance wasn't covering the visit due out of network.Could you please ask Flex Today to act in good faith and guide me and resolve the issue. If they are able to. I will have to reach out to the regulators.

      Attached you will find information explaining the documentation requirements for the **** of **** **** Plan, including the formal Summary Plan Document of the **** of **** **** Plan.

      There are two requirements that were not met by two of the individuals debit card transactions:

      1)  10/25/2023 $60.66 transaction that was supported by documentation but that showed the original service was received prior to your participation in the **** of **** **** Plan.  The payment on 10/25/2023 was not eligible because you were not even employed by **** of hope until 3/6/2023 and your participation began on 4/1/2023.  Accordingly, the 2/16/2023 services are/were not eligible.  Please reference page 7 of 16 of the **** of **** **** Plan Summary Plan Description.

      2)  11/10/2023 $80.74 transaction has not been supported by any documentation.   Please reference page 9 of 16 of the **** of **** **** Plan Summary Plan Description.
