    I called ads in the local yellow pages for a survey of my property. Out of all the surveyers, her was the only one that called back. He sent me a proposal and required money up front. I zelled the money to him. He never showed up and will not return tested messages or phone calls. Today he blocked my number. No work has been done.

    On June 19, 2024 I paid ******* for a line Survey on my property, he requested to pay him $900 by cash. Since bank were closed the day due to the holiday I zelle him the money. He promised that same day he will send me the report and map by email. He did not send it as he promised. On June 20th I called him and he didn't answer, continue to call him after that and his phone will go straight to voicemail, left multiple messages and on June 26 he said he will send me the email with report on Friday. June 28. After that he has not send me the email, answers my calls or texts. After I started doing my research on this guy and I noticed that in his invoice he put an invalid company name and invalid address. ************************ with address *************************, But where the money was zelle, he is registered as Salient Engineering Inc. This guy is a scammer he just gets your money and he doesn't answer your calls. emails or texts.

    SCAM - Paid $3,000 for services and nothing was provided. It has been 12 months since I paid and when I called ******* ****** he threatened to send his friends over to my house if I didn't remove my review.
