      On August 1, 2023 I received an email from ********************* advising he had a lender that approved a $5,$onal loan. II responded via telephone and agreed to the terms. I then received the contract to fill and sign and return. He also stated tthe lender was requesting the first three installments of $191.66 totalling $574.98 be *************ed to ******. On August 7, 2023 I returned the completed contract and proceeded to ************* the $574.98 on August 8, 2023. At approximately 1:00 EST on August 8, I called to confirm to which he responded he would begin the funds transfer to my account. On August 9, I had not received the transfer and called. He advised the system flagged my account and the lender now requested an additional 3 installment payments for a total of $574.98. i declined to send the money at which time he stated he would cancel the contract and begin the refund process of the initial $574.98. After several days waiting on the refund I called and left several messages for a status. I also followed up with several emails. All were ignored. He finally called me back after a week and advised the lender only refunded on their monthly billing schedule which would be August 31. On September 1 I called again to advise the refund had not been issued ands followed up with emails which all have gone unanswered. I would like my refund within the next 10 days or I will file a complaint with ********** Attorney General 00
