    We are from out of town. Drove 3 hours for the vehicle we truly wanted at a good price. They would not hold the vehicle for us, so we started the process via text/phone the day before our drive out to Fresno in order to lock in the vehicle. With full trust in this dealer we arrived and signed contract not realizing they added zurich in which we verbally said we did not want. Added $1400 on contract. We put $20k down payment for the vehicle having an empty gas tank and was not detailed/cleaned.
    Drove back home in vehicle and right away noticed the steering was very shaky at +70mph on highway.
    Realized the add on for Zurich on contract when arrived home that night. Called Jorge and requested a revised contract or our money back. They promised to over night it, but we didn’t receive until a week later. Pressuring us to sign and return, we told them vehicle was getting a diagnostics done that same day and until we find if anything wrong with vehicle is when we will move forward. Unfortunately, repairs are needed for vehicle which amount to $1700. We advised sales manager and he agreed to pay for repairs. The dealership where the vehicle is held for repairs is required for payment prior to releasing the vehicle back to me. The sales manager of where this vehicle came from is holding this up because they are requesting to be billed by the service repair shop. While our vehicle is being held up, we the customer are suffering with out a vehicle.
