      On 7/17/2022 we purchased a refrigerator from Costco. R***** trucking service delivered on 07/21/ 2022. To my home 9*** ** ******** ***** ****** ** ***** when the refrigerator was delivered and install in my kitchen. I notice ripped on my flooring and called the delivery company as well as costco.com. The company from R***** trucking service gave me a call the next day and said that they needed to come and take pictures which they did and said that they were going to reply back to me. I also got a letter back from Sedwick and spoke with Jasmine Gillespie and I have a claim number Claim number 4***************. I have no response back from R****** company till this time and my floor is hasn’t been repaired. I would like for this to be settled to where I have my floor back in my kitchen how it was the last time I spoke with R***** company was December 16, 2022. Spoke with M***** Receptionist and said that Kyle is no longer working in the company and spoke with Z**** on 12/21/2022 and said that he would give me a response and I would hear from somebody can you please see what can it be done this is to long of a period with no response

      Hello,

       

      After receiving your notice, I forwarded the quote provided to the independent contractor responsible for the delivery/installation (JS Installations). I would note, Ritchie Trucking Service, assisted solely in the warehouse operations. The work performed (and damages allegedly sustained) was carried out by the aforementioned contractor.

       

      I have followed up with the contractor regarding the information to date. I will notify the claimant and the BBB of their next move.
