    My Water Heater leaked into my walls and floors 2 weeks before Christmas, December 2024. D R Pro was initially recommended through my Insurance to use. D R Pro, started the job ripped up all my floors and base boards. They checked the water damage, along with testing for abbesses. They spent weeks prepping my house with fans to dry it out. Then moved into the next steps of procedure to manicure what else needed to be done. Insurance, as it always is dealing with any insurance, its a slow process. Through insurance found out I am able to use my own carpet guy. An experienced carpet guy that I have used over the years, that I trust. There are only 2 rooms that needed carpet anyway and the rest of the entire house (but 1 room) need to still be replaced, base boards etc. I noticed D R Pro, started to get difficult to get ahold of. Finally, after many many phone calls/messages left. I received a text from one of the employees, not even a phone call, that the owner decided they were not going to be finishing the work. They literally walked out on a completely unfinished job. Here I sit living in an emergency and under these circumstances in February 2025. My Insurance apologized and said how out of line a business is to do this. That my Insurance was even going to reconsider recommending service to D R Pro.
