    I purchased a home from Wilson Homes in 2021. I was told I would receive a warranty walk-through after the 1st year and Wilson Homes would correct all issues. I took a video of the walk-through and kept text message communication between myself and Wilson Homes warranty/property manager, *****************. There has been an issue with my doorbell ringer and it was said it's due to too much power going to my "transformer" in my garage. **** said he would get an electrician out to fix it and that has never happened. I've left numerous voicemails, text messages, and emails and there has been no response on Wilson Homes's part. I would like to hear from Wilson Homes, as this was a problem under my "1-year warranty" and now that I am past that, I feel like they should still take care of this problem.

    We did not have any record of a complaint or concern from this homeowner.  Once we received the BBB complaint and learned that there was an issue, we immediately telephoned and e-mailed the homeowner.  She has finally responded and an appt with our customer service team has been set for 10-16.  We will respond further to the complaint once the appt has been completed.

    We bought a Wilson home in November 2019 and we had pointed many issues on the walkthrough and Wilson also provided a one year warranty , we had several issues such as exterior paint defect, holes and cracks in the wall, bathtub is not secured properly, roof leaks, the bathroom mirror was cracked when we moved in and we have repeatedly complained to them about these. Their contractor **** has came many times and assured us that this will be taken care of which was many months ago but now the *************** are not replying to our emails or voicemails left. We even tried reaching their contractor **** and he is not responding either, our neighbor is also having the same issue and we have reached out to Wilson many times and they never reply and we bought the house as we had one year warranty and it a brand new home but the house had multiple issues when we did our walkthrough and many soon after we moved in but Wilson has not helped with repairs as per their agreement and dont even bother replying.

    so im reaching out in regards to a wilson home i have had nothing but issues with it and the warranty department is horrible you call the office and leave a message with the warranty department they do not answer your call and never return your call same with tryin to get a hold of the warranty rep he never answers or respond back to any messages oe phone calls i have been sending emails out since december of last year when our one year warranty was up and they were suppost to come out and do an inspection thwy never did my cabinets in my kitchen never got repaired i have windows that need to be fixed my sliding door there is a crack in the bath tub one of the windows in the master bedroom water gets in the track when it rains that has never been fixed also no touch up painting or stucco work i have talked to a couple neighbors and there having the same issue with the warranty department they have leaks in there roof there garage door touch up painting stucco work its bad something needs to happened and they need to take care of this warranty stuff for all these people that need there stuff fixed

    Wilson takes the satisfaction of its homeowners and its unblemished BBB rating very seriously.  Wilson is investigating this matter and will be responding through your website not later than September 15, 2023.

    Wilson homes has failed to inspect and repair my roof. They are avoiding me and keep telling me that they are going to stop by and look at the issue. I noticed them about this over two weeks ago. My son has a chronic asthma condition. This is the reason for my concern. There is water getting into the walls of my home because unfortunately there was a human error. They missed the wood beam know as the facia the tile was not secured properly. They told me that this is not covered that they do not cover slipped tiles. I understand that but their warranty also states that workmanship is covered and the reason for the slipped tile is due to the fact of workmanship error. The mail missed the facia you can clearly see it. I have proof and better pictures and videos that show they clearly missed the wood beam. This has caused water damage and possibly staring to grow mold.
