    ******************* is very unprofessional my Child has witnessed plenty of inappropriate behaviors and actions from *** himself as well as other staff. They do not make sure the children in their care have their basic needs are met at all times. Staff members verbally abuse the children as well as use of physical force. Staff member ***** also uses threats regarding law enforcement and both staff members as well retaliate against the children if they have an involved parent whom of which does not mind filing a report against ZND Residential.
