      Every time I come in for a scheduled appointment I have to wait over an hour just to be seen. And then when I finally get called back I still have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. On my most recent visit to urgent care, which opens at 12 I had an appointment scheduled at 12:30. I arrived at 12. I wasn’t called back until 1:50pm and it took the doctor more than 30 minutes to see me. As I was waiting for my appointment however, I overheard another patient expressing her dissatisfaction with the company as well. This business crowds their doctors schedules with patients and can’t even keep up with them. So unprofessional.
