      Called HC customer to find the in network hearing aid office and ask if my spouse is eligible after six months they said not eligible.they could tell me over the phone this office is not eligible or your husband is not eligible but they lied

      We had to use healthcomp due to an insurance change with my family. We submitted my son's speech therapy sessions for months without any updates. When I called it was always "under investigation." About 9 months later we were notified that his therapy wasn't covered, costing us thousands of dollars. No one ever gave us an answer. Had we known it wasn't covered we would have made affirmative plans. No one ever had any explanation for us. If the first month we submitted want covered, why couldn't they have told us then??
      Second issue, I received a bill from my therapist notifying me that Healthcomp had all of a sudden stopped paying my monthly bill back in October 2021. I was notified in June 2022 of this. Healthcomp says they claimed they never had any submissions but months before it was fine?!? Any why did it take them so long to get in touch with my doctor?!?!
      Avoid Healthcomp at all costs!
