    5/25/23 Business was contracted through my home warranty to install new hvac system since they were contracted through my home warranty went through them. To get a hold of anyone in the office or leave a message was ridiculous receptionist are very unprofessional, moving to day of the installation money was owed when guess we had miscommunication the owner ****** told my son that if money wasnt paid he could put a lean on my house ****** and I spoke got into argument he said he didnt know his receptionist werent doing there jobs and things like that he needs to know which in return I said the calls I made they should have been relayed to him ,so he offered maintenance service to the ac unit they came and serviced for the summer 4/24 and said everything was okay so now that fall is approaching got hvac serviced not through my home warranty and paid out of pocket tech came 11/20/24 and found that the unit has been leaking coolant and the coils have rust and run through the vents the control panel at the bottom of the ac is burned on top of that the ac unit has mold and when it was installed they over thought were the unit would sit on so there is a hole in my roof that has been leaking since nothing was said or replaced . tech estimates from the time unit was installed 11/22/24 contacted my home warranty who will expedite to see what can be done they asked me to contact energy smart who installed system which I did and again got receptionist who would not give her name nor did she ask who I was just said I know who you are and I hung up frustrated so unsure if message will be given to owner. In the meantime I have a whole in my roof and mold in the ac unit and rust in the vents from the leaking. per tech doesnt not recommend turning it on
