    Avoid ********************************* After Installation When you first contact this company, *******, the main person in charge, will personally speak with you. He immediately recommended a full replacement of my heating and air system, quoting over $8,000, which I paid in full. While the installation was completed, the promised additional services were never performed.For over a year, ******* has ignored my calls and messages, refusing to address the issue. Now that my ******** has gone outwhile still under warrantytheres no ******* to be found. This company seems solely focused on selling and installing units, with no regard for customer service or follow-up. I strongly advise against using this company. Save your money and go elsewhere.
