      We paid for 2 custom windows to be installed at our home. Energy Star construction installed one window onto an existing wooden frame rather than remove the wooden frame. I have called them every day for the last 1 1/2 weeks and leave messages. I did speak with energy star construction 1 time last week, and he told they would contact me to resolve the issue. Now the business will not return my calls. My contract says satisfaction guaranteed. I want my money returned, or to have the job completed to my satisfaction.

      I spoke to our homeowner this morning regarding this matter she did in fact tell me that she requested to have the window installed the way it was installed then afterwards when she spoke to her son, her son told her that it didnt look right and now she wants that removed Our installer showed both homeowners how the window would look with the wooden trim behind it. He asked them if they wanted to removed and they said no they requested for the window to be installed the way it is. We just spoke to the homeowner again. We will have somebody there Monday.

      I hired Energy Star Construction to install a patio cover at my residence. However, shortly after installation, I noticed significant leaks occurring during rainfall. These leaks have resulted in water damage to the electric I have in the patio cover (lights, fans), as well as damage to the cover itself (see pictures). I have had a leak every heavy rainfall since installation.Since discovering the issue, I have made numerous attempts to contact Energy Star Construction via phone calls and voicemails to report the problem and request repairs. Despite my persistent efforts, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from their side with my most recent complaint. The only person I have contact with is I believe the project manager, luckily I got his phone number or else I would be SOL. My complaints are usually dealt with within a few weeks but this latest leak has been going on for well over a month.The lack of communication and failure to address a legitimate concern demonstrate Energy Star Construction's disregard for customer satisfaction and their obligation to uphold the terms of our agreement. Their unresponsiveness has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and with a defective product that does not meet the standards promised.At this point, I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter. I expect Energy Star Construction to honor their LIFETIME warranty and promptly dispatch a qualified technician to assess and repair the leaking patio cover. Furthermore, I urge Energy Star Construction to improve their customer service practices to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

      They came and fixed the issue and gave my a better phone number to call if need be. Its unfortunate that it had to take so much work to get a response but they did make it right.

      Contractor had me sign documents for landscaping. Dates stated on paper say ASAP for work. Contractor did not contact me for almost 1.5 months. At this time I had no idea about work schedule or anything. I actually had to contact the Salesman to get updates. Concrete person scheduled appointment and then failed to show up. After that I did not hear from the company again for about 2 weeks. At this point I do not want to do business with this contractor and feel that there business practices are shady. I didnt hear anything about my work or job for months but it took them ******************************************************* with a lawsuit. Whoever this individual is has been rude, unprofessional and continues to contact me to threaten me about the money.

      we did have a existing contract with our homeowner and we where holding him to it but lucky thing is we where able to use the patio materials in a different job so we will go ahead and void his contract,he no longer has to worrie about any thing and like i siad i will go ahead and void the exiiting contract asap thank you

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Energy ************ to install truf and concrete and a patio on my property, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. The entire process has been marred by issues and discrepancies that have left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.To begin with, there were significant discrepancies between the amount discussed and agreed upon for the concrete , truf and patio installation and what was actually documented on paper. It was disheartening to see that the agreed-upon amount did not match the figures presented in the official documents. This lack of transparency raised serious concerns about the company's integrity and honesty.Furthermore, the loan papers presented an additional amount that was not initially discussed or agreed upon. This unexpected extra cost came as a shock and felt like an attempt to exploit the situation. It is simply unacceptable to burden customers with hidden charges and unexpected financial burdens.To make matters worse, despite the promises made, Energy ************ failed to deliver on their commitment to install the patio . The work done on the concrete and turf was subpar, falling far short of the expected standards. The overall quality of the installation was unsatisfactory, and it became clear that the company's attention to detail and professionalism were lacking. During the initial discussions and negotiations, Energy ************ had assured me that upon the completion of the patio installation, I would receive a generous $4000 discount. This offer played a significant role in my decision to hire them for the project. However, to my dismay, the promised discount was never provided.I reached out to Energy ************ multiple times to inquire about the discount, but regrettably, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence. They have shown a complete disregard for customer concerns and failed to address the issue. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness has only exacerbated my disappointment and eroded my trust in the company.As a customer, it is deeply disheartening to experience such unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of accountability from a company that I had trusted to deliver quality service. Energy ************s failure to honor their commitment and their subsequent avoidance of my inquiries is both unprofessional and unacceptable.Throughout this experience, the lack of clear communication and professionalism from Energy ************ has been deeply disappointing. It is essential for any company to uphold its promises and maintain transparent dealings with its customers, which sadly was not the case here.I strongly advise anyone considering Energy ************ for their any service needs to proceed with caution. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services. It is crucial to thoroughly research and scrutinize any company before making a decision to ensure a smoother and more satisfactory experience. I have loan ****** doller only for turff and concrete, now concrete is cracked and they are not fixiing it

      original purchase 2018 concrete and overhead patio, started having concrete chipping and over -head patio had opening were birds making nests and water pooling on the concrete floor attracting mosquitos I complained to the company, and they sent crew who supposedly fixed the problem around 9/2019 for the overhead patio only. After several attempts to get the water, concrete fixed I got frustrated and left it alone since they were going to come and fix my problem and the same time paying my bill to Service finance monthly. Late 11/2/2022 I texted **** letting him know about the leak from the roof he informed me they will get to it later because they have a lot of jobs and also since it's raining season. So, I waited and contacted Omar ******* with a video showing the leak and ************ of water, his message was they should be on tours end of next week. That's the last I have heard from him, I sent an email to the company Sept 5th and never heard back.

      workers removed a piece of tile from my home for tile match and your employee ***** called me a liar when he is who had the employees come to my home to seek out a tile to match. i stated to him the finance comp Fortefi was no longer based in cali and he noted in his email and account for the inspection as well there was unfished work but the contractor was finishing it.

      The work was fully completed and no work was left unfinished at the time of installation.

      The financing company Energy Efficient Equity (e3) is the lender for this project and they do not release the funds for payment to our company until our homeowners verify that that the work is fully completed .Energy Efficient Equity also sends a inspector to inspect and make sure the work is completed to the homeoners satisfaction before paying us.

      Mrs ******** did reach out saying we caused the damage and we did have several conversations with her ,but after further investigation from our staff we realized that we did not cause the damage and we did let her know that was somthing we can not help her with .Anthing that has to do with window damaged ,cracks broken glass,ect we will replace .

      I communicated openly with the original lead installer ******, he to acknowledge lack of completion, i was never notified that he was no longer with the company, i reached out to the inspector who notified me FortiFi closed their local office please see those emails.  I have more texts from the supervisor ***** acknowledging their unfinished work, their employers took tile from my home to go find matching tile!  They acknowledge they didn’t finish the job and they never communicated their employee was terminated!

      Me and my husband got a quote and had cement and our patio done by this company in spring of 2021. A few delays but not too bad. After everything was done the issue we had is the electricians set up the wiring wrong to control the lights and fans so we reached out and they said they would have someone come out but never did. We always call and no one answers voicemail is always full. We paid for 4 lights, 2 fans and 2 additional power lights. None work anymore! The patio must have not been sealed right and rain has leaked into all the wiring so now the lights fans and outlets are useless. Was charged 18k+ for something that doesn’t even work! I have been calling and no one answers and voicemail is still full. They have another number online but that goes straight to voicemail. This is robbery charging someone that much for something done incorrectly and you can’t even answer the phone to correct your work. This is just bad business

      Patio cover was installed in late 2022. It has been leaking during rain. I called the office phone and reported this and was told "We will have someone out today or tomorrow". No one has shown up or contacted me and it has now been over three weeks. I tried to call the office phone several times and it goes to a voicemail box that is full. There is another phone number listed on the website that directly goes to a voicemail. I have left several messages and still have not received a returned call.

      I went to my second-story window and can see the top of the patio cover where it leaks. The installers used caulking and STOPPED the bead leaving a gap and causing it to leak. Terrible customer service.

      A John came to my mom's house offering service to remodel my mom's bathroom and making it handicap assessable, they ran my dad's credit and determine that he qualified for 10k remodel job. He said someone would be contacting me to choose materials. At the time I was visiting my parents I actually live in Florida, I figured they would call me, but no one ever did. Last month they showed up at my mom's house told my mom they were there to remodel the bathroom. My mom asked they if they had already talked to me, the guys said "Yes" which was not true. They went and did a bathroom insert that we never selected, it was not even handicap assessable which was the reason why we were doing the remodel in the first place. The job was so poorly done and cheap that my sister and her husband had to paint it and make it look decent. I've been trying to get answers, but no one calls me. I really don't want them fixing the bathroom for my mom or to think we are going to pay for materials we never selected, just want them to go away and never come back, this complaint is so others are careful of companies like these that just take advantage of elderly people. So now we are worse than before, this new insert is too small for the bathroom, it puddles when someone takes a shower, and sometimes the water leaks to the bedroom next door, oh yeah, and it's still not handicap assessable.

      This company was hired to install windows an an AC unit. I am now being charged for work that has still not been completed. My windows were starting in July an windows were left in sealed and old trim screwed into the new window frames. Many calls have been made to the company and text messages sent to project supervisor and salesman with no response. The AC doesn’t cool down one of the rooms nor was it braced as requested. They were called and instead of fixing the problem they closed vents in other rooms and gave excuses to why it’s not cooling down. Garbage from both the windows and AC unit was left all around my home and attic. Texture was sprayed on my new furniture an my flooring.
