Customers may cancel scheduled cleaning services by providing notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee of [$50] will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

Rescheduling:
Customers may reschedule cleaning services without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment.

Payment Terms:
Payment for cleaning services is due on the day of service completion. We accept [debit mastercard Visa American Express ]. Invoices will be sent via email, and payments can be made online or in-person.

Late Payments:
A late fee of [$50] may be applied to payments not received within [ 1 ] day after the service completion date.

Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the service quality. Customers must notify Kare Cleaning LLC within 1 Day of the service completion date to request a refund.

No-Show Policy:
If the customer is not present or unable to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service time, the full service fee may be charged.
