    Hired this company back in April to add synthetic grass to our backyard. Project began in May & paid $7,000 in full before work was even started. Its now August and the work is only 40% complete, every time we ask when theyll return to finish it we keep getting the runaround - all they say is it will get done soon. Their last estimated date to complete the project was July 26th and didnt hear from them until the 27th, simply apologizing that they couldnt make it. Weve asked twice for a refund for the remaining work that needs to be done but have not received a response. Aside from the inconvenience of waiting around when we think theyre going to arrive, theyve been extremely unprofessional with communicating in a timely manner. We would receive calls at midnight stating they would arrive the following day at 6am.
