    I hired the company for my front yard maintenance on a bi-weekly basis. There have been a few times that they failed to come out. Once was in the month of 11/2022 which he waived the monthly charge. For the most part I've been rather happy with the service, although I had to remind them to trim the bushes, etc as they didn't keep them trimmed. Then for the month of 03/2025 and 1/2 of 04/2025 they didn't come out. ******* did say they came out and trimmed the bushes on an unscheduled day, but the actual lawn hasn't been mowed for 1 1/2 months. I didn't push the issue as it had been raining, but did when they should have been out on a nice sunny day. When this was mentioned, I was told that I had not paid for the month, however, I have always paid on time or early which ******* argued about. I even sent a document showing each payments for each month since the company was hired. He then stated that he had sold the company. I paid for 03/2025 and never received any services for the month. I'm also upset that I should have been told when he went out of business that I would need to locate another provider. He left my yard looking horrible, and the worst looking yard on my side of the street. It is embarrassing, and he took my $100 that I paid on 2/28/25 for 03/2025 service, and never serviced my yard for the month. Picture taken 3/28/25 and 4/11/25 attached. Both days that the company was scheduled to come out and complete the yard service.

    Hello this Mr.Martinez responding to a complaint from a customer anywho first I want to start off by saying we don't work during rainy weather's also you can't really have a nice yard when you get the service done every two weeks also we work with  hundreds of customer not once have had a complaint we respect our customers an cherish them and try to come to an agreement thank you sincerely Mr.Martinez God bless
