    My mattress is sagging on both sides after only 2+ years of use. I have sent pictures and completed their claim form but am getting nowhere. This has been going on for months. They are now asking for more pictures while also warning me that I will need to pay the shipping costs of a replacement mattress from ****** to *********. I have asked for the shipping cost but cannot get a response. The store where I purchased the mattress cannot get a response either. I'll probably *** them in small claims court and suggest that anyone else in this position do the same. Unfortunately, I'll need to include the retailer in the suit. Worst company ever!
