WOW. Where shall I start. The staff is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and to top it off verbally hostile if I could use curse words I would but that wouldn’t even describe half of the disturbing experience from this company that they call customer service definitely far from it I will not be talked to in any way disrespected in the way that the staff has treated me. I witnessed Staff member ********* take custodial mother outside and engage in a negative allegation about me hitting my son at the previous visit while under her supervision and cameras around. Staff member proceeded to side with the mother in front of my our 5 year old son!! It was at that time I canceled the visit to ask to speak with the Owner Ms ******* to let her know what transpired and that it was unacceptable and wrong for the staff member to put our 5 year old in a toxic position. She then twisted on me claiming and making allegations against me…. Alll the whike emailing me and confirming that if what the staff member did was true it was not right. Further after she claim I winked at staffed members making me that bad guy. It was at this time that I lost over a 2 months of visitations with our son. I have proof that I emailed the office several times to get a new staff member to do the supervised visits. Ms ****** ( owner) and staff has ignored ALL of my emails to this date. This place has not returned the balance that I’m owed. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this behavior because that’s not acceptable. It’s not professional and if that’s what they have representing the company for people who are in my shoes trying to get their situation, correct and individuals such as the staff here at CoreTSolutions make it a nightmare. After reading the reviews, I’m more than confident. I am not the only individual they have made feel this way. Unfortunately. However I strongly encourage others to contact the Better Business Bureau maybe even corporate, as we

BBB is unable to locate the business.
$35 - On 7/21/22 the center failed to cancel session and my son arrived to find a locked facility. They rescheduled the session for 7/23/22 but failed to confirm that that date would work. I notified them we would need to reschedule. They did not respond to the email and held the session anyway.
$130 - On 8/4/22 I received an email from CoreT Solutions stating services were suspended due to an unpaid balance and that I would be notified when services would resume. Before speaking with me, the visitation center proceeded to schedule 2 additional visits (8/11/22 & 8/18/22). After the second visit they billed my account for both visits. I tried to clarify via email/phone that I was told by the billing department that services were suspended until further notice however they disregarded the email I sent verifying the suspension. I also spoke to their only supervisor at the Fresno office on 8/18/22, she stated that she would find a resolution and call me back, as of 10/27/22 she has not called back.
      $30 - 2 late fee charges (9/22, 10/22).
$35 -On 10/24/22 my son arrived to the center and shortly after the police were called by my father to report a violation, (the visitation center allowing the noncustodial parent to arrive intoxicated for second time) case #22m-08468. After the police left, the employee was upset that the accusation was made and told my son and father to leave. She stated that services would resume next week because the meeting was cancelled. Later that day I received a bill with the note “failure to comply with visit” even though they were instructed to leave and that the meeting was cancelled.
I’d like to reach a resolution of either $230 be adjusted to my account or the charges removed. My concern is that the visitation center continues to create fraudulent invoices, falsifies their notes and lie about vital information. I want to ensure this does not happen to another family.

      Business Response

I can only assure you that clients are provided multiple summaries of the billing and we provide our responses to the court regarding billing.  We are very transparent.

All customers are provided full details of all charges.

      FOR EXAMPLE:

If a customer is court ordered to bring a child to visits and they continue to cancel or fail to arrive, they are billed.  They have signed a contract before we start services explaining all of the cancelation deadlines and the fees associated with failing to follow through with the court ordered services.

Another example would be that our contract is very clear that clients must email certain correspondences because we are a court referred office and we must have things in writing. Sometimes clients refuse to follow the rules and they block all emails and they block our phone numbers.

Another example- Also when clients fail to pay the notes fee so that we can provide updates to the court, they are sent multiple reminders to please pay the fee so that we can perform our responsibilities to the court. Unfortunately some clients simply refuse to pay their bill.

We keep a detailed summary of all calls emails and attempts to collect and we file our updates with the court.

As of today, we have never had a court question our billing because we are fully transparent and we provide full details. Our clients receive those exact summaries.

We can assure you that they have been provided multiple summaries and they are simply refusing to pay the bill.

In addition we work with families and allow them to make payment plans.  For example, if somebody owes $500 to our company, we may  allow them to make up to [5] $100 payments to continue services; but if they fail to follow through with the agreement we do have to end the payment plan.

I hope this provides a better understanding of our ethical business practices.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 12/11/2022

I am rejecting this response because:

The company has still not addressed the specific issues below. Instead they gave general explanations that were vague and showed no accountability, they also spoke about the note fee which was not apart of this complaint but it felt like it was used to distract and discredit the accusations.

Fraudulent bill 1: On 7/21 the business no showed and to fix their mistake they rescheduled another session without confirming this date with the parent first, then they billed me for something that should not have taken place or billed in the first place. (A no show fee after they no showed and tried to cover up their mistake). I asked the business for clarification as this was unethical, no response was given).

Fraudulent bill 2: 8/11 and 8/18 were billed after I was notified that on 8/4 services were suspended until the account was paid. If no payment had been made and services were still suspended then I should have not been billed in the first place and no services should have taken place based on their directive on 8/4. (Another example of unethical behavior where the business contradicts itself). I was not scheduled to bring him in until further notice, therefore I did not no show as they claimed, they cancelled my services. I have also attached evidence that shows the email was never blocked but instead was undeliverable by iCloud because the best practice for sending bulk email. If you click on the “see technical details below…learn more”. It outlines the reason why their messages were not being delivered.

Fraudulent bill 3: On 10/24 my son was present for his session and the cops were called to the site (case #********* was given documenting the incident at the center). The session was then cancelled by the employee after she became upset that we questioned her judgement when she did not call the police when a clear violation had taken place. This employee has tried falsifying information to multiple people in my family, the police and each time I’ve asked her to clarify the basis of these charges, my emails go unanswered.
