    I purchased a book that was advertised on Facebook for $23.24 on 9/10/22. I received an email the same day, saying the pre-order book was expected to ship on 10/4/22. There is NO order number in this email. Today is 10/21/22, and I have not received the book or any further communication. They have not responded to my email asking for an update. They have a spot online to check your order status, but you need an order number, which they DON’T give you. I clicked on the Facebook ad from which I bought the book, and read complaints from others who had ordered it in June and August of 2022, who also haven’t received their books or an email back to their responses. What a scam!

    Thank you very much for helping with this! We're very sorry the customer didn't have a good experience, but some of their assertions aren't correct. We do send out order confirmation emails, and our Shopify records show that one was sent to the customer on September 9. These emails, which we've included a sample of below, do also contain the order number for the customer's reference in large type at the top of the email. 

    It's true the order was delayed (our stock was delayed getting in), but our records show that the customer's order was shipped just a couple of weeks later on November 3 with the following tracking: ***************************************************************************************** It was delivered on November 5.

    It looks like the customer did email us on October 20, but we somehow missed the message. That was entirely our fault. We try to answer all customer questions within 1 business day, but that one must have slipped through!
