    Miss *******

ARPS was established in May 1995 to support those who need money management of their Social Security Benefits and who may be at risk of financial exploitation. The organization operates programs to provide support and advocacy services to persons with mental, developmental, or physical disabilities arising from causes including severe illness, congenital issues, injury, the aging process, and drug or alcohol abuse in Central and Northern California.

In October 2022 ARPS was notified by the Social Security Administration that Mr. ******* had moved to Gerber, CA. Since this is out of our Service Area, they requested that ARPS Conserve Funds and return to SSA so that they can redistribute to his new Payee.

    11/02 ****** CON FUNDS ***** ******* ****** 1,646.00

His funds were mailed to SSA on 11/02/2022. The above check cleared our bank on 11/09/2022. Mr. ******* knew he was getting a Payee in Gerber, CA. He also knew that ARPS was no longer his Payee and returned his funds to SSA.

Please feel free to contact me should you require any further assistance or additional information.

    Sincerely,
