      I recently hired Extra Hand Painting and Maintenance to do some work on my wood deck, including replacement of some of the boards and painting the deck. When he began to work on replacing the boards ****** identified that because of the original deck construction the wood and the deck foundation, which was under a screened in area, would need to be replaced. He recommended someone who was able to do that work. I appreciated that he identified the issue and had a solution rather than just going ahead, replacing a few boards and painting. I was pleased with the quality of the painting and highly recommend Extra Hand Painting. I would not hesitate to use ****** again, not only for painting, but also for other maintenance tasks.

      I have had ****** take care of several things at my home for the past couple of years. ****** has always done an exceptional job for me, no matter how big or small the job is. He takes a lot of pride in his work and he does a great job of cleaning up when he is done. I have had ****** replace an ice maker, clean my gutters, repair my fence, replace light fixtures and most recently replace a ceiling fan. Being a widow, it is wonderful to have someone I can trust to take care of things correctly and not overcharge, or take advantage.

      ****** has done a number of projects for us in recent years and I feel bad I'm just now singing his praises online! He's truly committed to his craft. I have tremendous trust in his skills, customer service and work ethic. Our latest project was to repaint a bathroom that had given us headaches for years due to unexplained peeling. I was impressed by the research he did and how he developed a solid plan to fix the problem and give the room a new look. Unfortunately, some unexpected water damage was discovered and the project went in a totally different direction. Nevertheless, he stayed committed to the job until the very end and was honest about how far his skills and licenses could take him. He quickly helped us determine which types of plumbing and remediation professionals needed to come to resolve the water damage. He stayed in touch during that lengthy process and then jumped right back in when the space was ready for new walls and paint. The bathroom is now beautiful and I'm confident that his careful and thorough work will keep it that way for years to come. ****** is the best!

      Very happy to find someone that I can trust to do an excellent job. Steven is a quick responded whether thru a direct phone call of text. I had him repair a "falling down" fence they were here promptly and repaired the fence at a very reasonable price! The most important thing Steven did was a few months ago there was a severe storm. I knew I had leaks in my roof and have been getting bids to replace the roof. I called Steven, and right away he showed up with a Tarp and BEAT the rain. And just last week I knew the leak was showing up in another part of the house so I called him and "wha la" he showed up put on a bigger tarp and once again saved me!! Yes, I have bids for my roof and hope to get a new on this Spring! Also, I was having trouble with my sprinklers and just a quick call to him he swung by and reset my sprinklers for meI I highly recommend EXTRA Hand Painting and Maintenance!!

      We are very pleased with the work provided by Extra Hand Painting and Maintenance.
      Steven contacted me the same day I left a message looking for a good Handyman. He was timely and organized which I liked. Responded fully and clearly for me to understand the work to be done and the charges.When I requested a change of a door to a fire door, he quickly looked up on how it could be done. They worked hard on several issues that needed repair in our home. Repairing of wall and ceiling cracks ,replacing of ballooned out baseboards in bathrooms, re-caulking of bathroom sink and repainting of those areas. Everything was done efficiently and the re-painting was excellent. The door was changed to a fire door. They also repaired the fence gate w latch as well as replaced the section of fence that fell. In summary, they are timely, respectful, responsible, careful and perfectionistic in their attitude towards their job.

      I am very grateful for Steve. He did a wonderful job painting my garage door which was damaged by the sunlight. He is very meticulous!
      I was very impressed that Steve returned my inquiry about his painting services quickly and came that day to give me an estimate. His manner is very professional and he arrives at the times he promises on the day the work is scheduled, which is wonderful. Dependable!
      I would highly recommed him and will not hesitate to contact him again.

      Great job!!! Great price!!! I'm so happy I went with Extra Hand Painting!! I had several other companies come out to give me a quote. Steven saw a hole that was on the side of my house no one else saw. They are great to work with, clean, friendly, fast, pay great attention to detail. Nothing but good to say..did some repair work on our neighbors house cant even tell they were there matched the paint perfectly. Won't be sorry if you hire this team!!!!

      Steven and Jesse have been great to work with. They charge reasonable prices, arrive on time, and clean up very well when they are finished. They are pleasant to work with. They have built fences, painted inside, hung light fixtures (light electrical), cleaned up yards, cleaned gutters, installed faucets, handyman repairs, etc. If they say they can do it, they really can.
