    I definitely do not recommend anyone waste their time contacting fast action services. I contacted a specific employee that works there four weeks ago. After our first phone call, she said she’d call me back in two days. I never heard back. I called 4-5 times since then, I think I got two calls back, but definitely most of my calls were ignored. When I finally talked to this same employee a month later, she said she basically has been busy and didn’t have time for me. Total waste or time, terrible customer service and ridiculous lack of professionalism. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

    This individual, Sarah T****a was never a client of mine. She was a "call-in" person who was looking for someone to fill out a form for her. She explained what she needed and I told her that I was going to check and see if there was a form online that needed to be filled out in order for her to increase the small claims payments she was receiving, which was too small for her. I told her I would get back to her in a couple of days. The work schedule did not permit me to call her back since I was overloaded with new cases that had to be done. I forgot to call back Sarah. She called once and left her number and then she called again and left a message which I replied. I then got another call from her yesterday (8/17/22) and again she asked me if I was going to help her with the form. I answered her, "No." She then replied, "Okay then I will seek someone else." I agreed with her. Then later that day, Sarah began leaving this same complaint to various social media platforms. I feel that it was in my best interest to have not helped this individual, since I am seeing the type of person she is by all the harassing remarks and statements she is making on my business. I never promised to do any work for her. I was the only legal service who answered her call and that is why she is upset because she does not want to use an attorney. I have done no wrongdoing towards this individual and I can choose who I want to accept as a client. I definitely will not ever do business with this individual in any legal capacity or in any refinancing of my mortgage or anyone I know. This person is very unprofessional and has a stalking behavior. I would appreciate if she would stop harassing this business and myself with nonsense. I am so glad that I did not help her.
