    The Drs and therapist are sweet at least some of them are. I have been at this office for 4 years. The receptionist are new. The billing department has put a stop to appointments because of difficulties with receiving pay from my insurance. I contacted my insurance and have been told they tried to fix the problem which is due to a clerical or incorrect coding on the claims paperwork which did not start until the staff were changed. I've had multiple appointments cancelled and receive medication from this office. This puts me in a tight position with my mental health and makes it uncomfortable for everyone as a client. They didn't even offer me a payment option or a choice. I was told my appointments will be cancelled until the insurance pays. Every other appointment is a hit and miss sometimes they are kept sometimes cancelled. Which means it must be the office that is making an error my insurance has not changed.
