    I sought the publishing services of this company. After multiple concerns I requested a refund. Phase 1 10.27.23 ************************ project manager agreed to process a return credit to my credit card. As per our discussion over the phone, since you have decided to close this project and requested a refund, we will be initiating your refund amount $375. Which will be reflected in your account after 10 business days. Feel free to let me know if you have any queries or concerns and I will be happy to assist. Thank you! Good regards, *******************. Phase 2 11.22.23 Upon not receiving the refund check beyond the 10 day period, she then requested banking information of which I felt 100% uncomfortable and requested her to mail a check. So she agreed to mail a check to my address by stating:Consider this done.Phase 3 11.27.23 Over a month later, zero checks arrived. Today I requested ***** delivery of the refund check for tracking. Instead of agreeing to deliver, more red tape about who I speak with.So, I have circled back three (3) times via a to request the company to mail the refund check amount of $375 promised. Zero refund action was ever taken by this company.

    I'm struggling single mother and I was hoping this was true I've been anxious to publish my ***, at least I though.  Imade several contacts to ***** *** and was unsuccessful reaching her,so I started  doubting this process, so I contacted her via email to inform  her I was no interested in going forward with this project, that i would like a refund of $400.00 also ***** ***  has no poems to print book in my name therefore why would i continue with the process  when it appears she is scamming people of their hard earned money. Awaiting your response please.

    I am a new author who recently self-published my first book and paid this company to help market my new book. They initially provided services and then upsold me for $300 to receive support in getting book reviews and they never delivered. I also received very bad customer service for the original product support and my Project Manager changed three times. They never delivered on the $300 service they primised. They also changed their site from amzpublishingprofs.com to amazonpublishingprofs.com, which seems shady. I have attached the zelle charge. I am also going to dispute the charge with my bqank.
