      I have two Grundfos circulating pumps for a boiler upse ***** fr. The one on my heat system failed after about five months of operation. Called the installer and they changed it out. I have another one on my domestic hot water but that was still working and he wasn't authorized to replace. According to the tech though there have been multiple failures for this pump as it is "new technology." *********** was requesting that the failed pump be sent to them for evaluation. I believe that both pumps should have been taken out and replaced. I am also concerned about the pumps having some internal fault that fails again. *********** is very difficult to contact, hence this complaint

      My pump (Scala2) has been recalled and is within warranty. The company is not responsive and seemingly makes it very difficult to contact them. The issue I have is a known issue and my concern is that they are avoiding it until warranty expires. It seems like the simplest solution would be for them to ship me a replacement and a return package for the faulty pump.

      My Grundfos SBA3-45 AW pump is under warranty and it stopped working. I tried to contact Grundfos for warranty service, but they don't have a phone number for end customers to call. They only let customers contact them through their website, so I did that & they responded 7/20/24 stating that a ************************* would help me. I have never heard from ***** or anyone else at Grundfos! So I contacted the company ********************* I bought the pump from for help. They contacted Grundfos and sent me an RMA form which I printed and included with the broken pump. **** tracking shows they received the pump on 8/7/24, but they have never contacted me or ******************* stating they would either repair or replace the pump. On 8/22/24 they apparently couldn't locate my pump but later found it. They have had my pump for almost 3 ************ haven't done anything with it. No contact regarding the status of the pump or whether they will fix it or replace it. They appear to be a large company who doesn't care about their end use customers. No customer service! I am out a pump and also $63.70 for postage to send the pump to them, and I have no idea whether they will honor their warranty or not.

      My Grundfos Scala Pump died early this year. I spent several months tracking down Grundfos numbers and service sites through the manufacturer. The site does not have a service or warranty number. The site only has a form to fill out. I fill that out about 6 times. Never had the courtesy of a reply. Their published phone number says press on for service and then enter zip code for a repair facility near me. The phone just hangs up on me. ************ or888-237-1960 or ************

      With respect to this complaint 20832799-01588, please be advised that we have supplied a replacement pump to the customer to ensure their overall satisfaction. The customer filled out an end user form which was routed to our homeowner team. Our homeowner team then processed the request and sent the customer a new pump.

      Ordered Grundfos pump less than a year ago. It stopped working and the Grundfos company will not reach back out for warranty recall. The pump was around $800 USD
