    About four months ago, my hip had been hurting. I had a bad fall years before, so I went to Urgent Care to ensure it wasn't a healed over fracture. It was a pulled muscle, but they triple-checked by x-raying the hip. A month later, they gave me the bill. I paid it in two installments. Today I received a phone call saying I still owed twenty dollars. I asked why because it said zero on my account. They said this was different. I asked for a website so I could pay it online. They said they couldn't give it over the phone without "codes" I asked if they could mail it again. They said yes, but something about this doesn't make sense.
