      They have sent me a bill but I have never been to their office. Also google reviews show that they have done this to other people too. I’m not sure how they got my information but some of it is even incorrect. Which makes me believe this is a scam. There is no claim open on my insurance and again I have never been here.

      Hi,

      We  have just received your notice and I am responding to the above complaint. This was a complaint with our billing and stated that they had not been to our facility. I have verified that the service was not for the above individual, but for her child. Her child had imaging services at Valley Children's Hospital. We are the physician group that reads all of the Imaging performed at this hospital. There was no insurance information provided so the bill was sent directly to the responsible party, being the above individual. She has not responded or provided any insurance information. At this time the bill is still outstanding and has now been assigned to a collection agency. Our billing company was going to reach out again to follow up with this statement. Billing is accurate and the above is the responsible party.
