We received this engine with a description from eBay by the seller. He uses 3 names.
    Shaw city engines
    Seperformance
    Clewwho40
The engine, we were told that it had all of these amazing items inside, we won a bid item, and received the engine. We were then overcharged for shipping, we had to go through all kinds of hoops to fix that. Now we took the engine to our local machine shop, and WOW, our local shop started to see all kinds of issues so we had him do an in-depth tear down of this engine. The Heads were drilled, heads have only 1 single spring, and do not match the block, or head gaskets. the block is worthless, bored incorrectly, and not square decked as advertised. The cam has no name, and no #s, the H-Beam rods, no name, the Crank is literally the only thing as advertised. This entire engine is a fraud, and filled with junk no name parts, not as advertised. I will be contacting eBay, and the local authorities if we can not get a resolution to this immediately. I can have the seller contact western engines in Denver co. Talk to Terry, he will send them anything, pics, description, this engine is junk!!! I have a $5000 boat anchor!!! Please help

engine shipped was as pictured and described

I am rejecting this response because: This is not what I purchased, the engine that was sent is not even close to as described.  We would at this point like to go to the BBB arbitration/mitigation as we have proof of fake products, as well as pictures showing the drilled heads, the heads not aligned with the engine block, the lack of hash marks on the bores of the block etc.  we will have our engine expert of over 20 years testify to the fact that this engine was not balanced, and everything other than the Crank was lied about.
