    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Regards,

    ****** ******

we turned in about 25 to 30 pounds of copper brass aluminum and mix metal not including the copper.
the owner sons was so rude and disrespectful, all copper was seperated in to #1 #2 and dirty copper?
he grabbed a bucket and placed it all into one bucket dropping many pieces tpi the floor when telling him he deoppre d many on the floor he ignored us and did not retrieve them until he weighed the bucket, and he continued to do the remaining with the same results and issue.
when we got our ticket he only gave us 40 dollars all togeather
for all that we turned in? we tried speaking with the owner dawn only to be told if qe had an issue we would necer be allowed back.
so my friend dident want to pursue it but i do and yes is ee the issue is that the tag was in her name but it was still half mine.

After looking at our cameras, reviewing the that that your friend cash in for you (witch is illegal), there was only 16 pounds of mixed copper, totaling around thirty five dollars.  My advice to you would be to get you own identification card and understand the value of this material.  Sorry we couldn’t please you with the product you had someone else turn for you.

I am rejecting this response because: they are still being dishonest and they are still not being honest about how much we turned in and for the record, they said that we turned in 16 lb but they gave us a tag of under 13 pounds so with that being said how could they say that it was not 40 lb when they improperly weighed it out when they disrespectfully left out a lot when they mix Metals themselves by being spiteful and feeling Superior over the rest of us. And I know after I send this complaint to the Better Business Bureau the individual whom I went in to the facility with will no longer be allowed in to turn in any more Metals coppers or anything as I will be banned also and I do not feel that is honest due to the fact of their negligence and their mistake that innocent individuals who are just trying to correct wrongs before it got this far will have to suffer behind trying to right a wrong. Last but not least then they are trying to accuse us of illegally turning in are contents which is incorrect it does not take two people to turn in anything and show identification I too have an account but the individual whom I was with decided to use there identification not seeing a problem due to the fact that it belonged to both of us I felt that was allowed and yes I also have an account there with a valid and current identification card if you need me to send a photo shot of it. The only thing that I want is what is due to us it was our medal that was disrespected and it was our time and our pride that was hurt behind the way that we were treated and I never wanted to bring the person into this whom was with me but I had no choice but to make a report where I seen a report needed to be. And them paying us $2.60 a pound and then cheating us out of a lot of pounds I just do not feel no individual needs to be treated like that.
