      On 12/4/2024, One way Tow repossessed my car from Auto Zone on Figarden *** in ******, **. I was with the car when it was repossessed and towed away. The driver did not ask for the Key FAB to my car. A few days later my car was towed to North Bay Auction in ******* ** 177 miles away. I picked my car up from ********* Auto a couple of weeks later. When I got into the car the center console where the gear shifter is was taken apart and in pieces (See Video) There are ***** marks in the plastic from where One Way Tow pried the center console apart to put the car in to natural soo they could move my car because they did not have a key. There is now a half inch gap due to the damaged One Way Tow caused. The entire center console needs to be replaced One Way Tow also damaged the roof of my car when they placed a large magnet on top. The magnet created a cluster of dents and rust marks. (See Pictures). One Way Tow also damaged the weather stripping on the driver side door, damaged the tint on the window, when the broke into my car. (See Pics)On the passenger side door One Way Tow damaged the corner of the window next to the side mirror. (See Pics). Damaged the seatbelt and weather stripping on the passenger side. The fix the damage One Way Tow caused to my vehicle is $3,400.00 (See Estimate)

      My car was towed to this location and thousands of dollars worth of damage was done to my car. They ran it out of gas and a number of parts are now having to be replaced. I had to have the car towed same day within minutes of leaving their lot. Thanks to an extended warranty I have the repairs are partially covered but Im still out of pocket almost $700

      Sept 2021. Car got repoed by this company. Got in touch with the bank, paid and got everything settled. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed damages. No restrain from repossession was done. When picking up the vehicle, we noticed how they use a forklift to move the vehicles around. Thus reflecting the damages on my car. Contacted the insurance, did an estimate with a body shop I prefer. Rough estimate came out to be roughly $5k. They only want to pay $1k for “damages”

      They repossessed my vehicle about two months ago and still haven't giving me my personal property after several failed attempts because they wanted the keys but legally I don't have to give them the keys because they haven't done anything as they are suppose to paperwork wise and I had a lot of property in that car including sentimental objects like my father's ashes, pictures of my son in foster care I can't see, because of them I have lost everything and was stranded in Fresno for weeks with no access to my money, no identification, clothing, my laptop, and a list that continues they also made false statements that the finance company told them I wasn't allowed in the vehicle but upon contacting Westlake financial that was v determined not to be the truth I'm also going to start paperwork for small claims including pain and suffering because I still can't access any funds I been so depressed and struggling so hard I really didn't know where to start and it still effects me today not having any of my property and I can't contact my banking company because I have no phone because of them and I can only contact them via chat and that's impossible without my phone please help me with my claim.
