They were difficult to work with from the beginning, but we knew the rig we wanted, and had a 3rd party inspector lined up.I dont think they have any intention of delivering units in good condition, can not be trusted, and are against third party inspectors which says enough about how they run their business and the product they deliver. We talked with ****** when we got there and it seemed straightforward, though he made it clear he didnt like 3rd party inspectors and tried to hide that the ** was broken. **** was a mostly friendly guy that didn't seem to know very much about the rigs. When we mentioned we wanted to pay off early, he gave a spiel about helping our credit by waiting 13 months to pay it off. It sounded strange enough at the time, and I have followed up and confirmed this is likely to support their kickback from the finance company and would only cost us more. ****** had said that they would not take a deposit while we had the inspector come, so the only option was to purchase. He was the one who actually suggested contingencies to be written, ensuring the repairs could be completed by the end of the month. The inspection came back pretty good overall, mostly minor repairs including sealant and ensuring windows were flush. I texted **** to get a repair list and asked if there would be a service tech around day of pick up in case there were any last minute repairs. I apologized for all the questions and thanked him. I realized we had asked a lot, but this is not a small **************, ****** called to say they wouldn't do the repairs/would not be able to do them in time/wouldn't get paid back from the manufacturer and they were canceling the deal. I asked him if they would have fixed these things in a normal PDI. He said he would have fixed some of these things, but that they couldn't risk not meeting our standards. There was no liability written in our contingencies, only that we sign off when they deliver a rig with repairs done.

Ms. ****** contacted RV Country with interest in a specific 2025 Forest River Impression 315MB Fifth Wheel. We scheduled an appointment and prepared the unit for their visit by plugging it into power and allowing Ms. ****** and her husband ample time and freedom to thoroughly inspect it. Our team was courteous, professional, and made every effort to be accommodating during their ******** no time did we attempt to hide any issues with the unit. On the contrary, we provided the opportunity for a comprehensive viewing and extended full access. there was no effort made to obscure its condition. While we understand purchasing an RV is a significant investment, the tone and manner of communication from Ms. ****** throughout the process became increasingly difficult. She made frequent demands and insisted on repair standards that exceeded typical manufacturer expectations. She also required unique contingencies outside standard practices. We attempted to accommodate her within reason, including allowing a third-party inspection, even though such inspections often bring with them expectations that fall beyond manufacturer warranty guidelines. The third-party inspection report provided was100 pages long and included many items that were minor, cosmetic, or otherwise not covered under manufacturer warranty. At RV Country, we honor all manufacturer warranties and perform related repairs accordingly. However, the level of expectation communicated by Ms. ****** exceeded what either RV Country or any RV dealership could reasonably deliver, especially within the timeline and structure of a standard retail sale.Ultimately, after careful review and with respect to Ms. ******** high expectations and communication style, RV Country made the difficult but prudent decision to exercise our right to cancel the transaction. We believed it would be in the best interest of both parties to part ways, rather than risk further dissatisfaction or conflict. We remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. However, not every sale is a good fit, and in this case, we acted in good faith to avoid a situation where either party would be disappointed with the outcome.RV Country

We couldn't come up with the down payment but had signed the contract. We lost out $1000 deposit. Now they are threatening to sue us for the entire purchase price of the ** that we never took possession of. Unbelievable!! And as we are in our late 70s, we feel that they took advantage of us and talked us into signing a contract that the sales agent stated he had never read himself. Plus, we were NOT given a copy of the contract when we left the sales office. This experience has turned us off of ever buying an **. Now we have to hire an attorney and pay $$$ for a travel trailer that we never took possession of. DON'T do business with these people!!!!! They are as crooked as a snake oil salesman!!!

Worst experience we ever had. Not only left in the dark over certain things, but flat lied to about others. Would not recommend purchasing from them. They don't care about their customers, just the sale. Probably never hear from repeat customers, because there are none.

We were sold warranties that can't be pro rated, or canceled. Short term gain for them. 4 days after sale we tried to cancel warranties and we were told too bad. Stay away from these people

On August 6, 2024, we visited RV Country and identified the 2023 ************ Reflection 367BHS as the ideal ** for our needs. We decided to proceed with the purchase on August 7, 2024, despite finding a similar, newer model at the same price elsewhere, due to our positive history with RV Country and its proximity to our home.During the purchasing process, ******* assured us that not only would the ** be delivered to our park, but **** their service man said they would repair the initial issues at our ** park. This was highly appealing as we are temporarily working in ****** and residing in the **.However, we encountered several issues with the ** that we need to address:1.Pre-Delivery Condition: Despite assurances that all issues would be resolved before delivery, it was clear that the necessary repairs and preparations were not completed beforehand. The walkthrough on August 14, 2024, with **** highlighted additional concerns, which were to be addressed during a subsequent service visit. Broken kitchen table, lights missing from stairs in hallway, broken skylight and more.2.Post-Delivery Issues: After delivery, we observed multiple issues including:oTrim pieces falling off inside the **.oA mismatched piece of trim in the bedroom.oA door that does not close properly and a water leak that will eventually cause major damage to the ** These issues should have been identified and resolved before delivery, given that the ** is purportedly brand new.We are deeply disappointed with the service we have received thus far. It is essential for us to have these issues addressed promptly and comprehensively to restore our confidence in RV Country's customer service.

Dear BBB ***** lives in the trailer part right next to our dealership. They wanted to purchase the Reflection from us but found it at the coast for a few thousand cheaper. To help incentivize them to purchase local we explained that we would be willing to take the reflection to the trailer park for them with our forklift and if they had any service work needed we could work with them to pick up their unit with a fork lift since they do not have a truck to tow the *** We never agreed to provide mobile service. Our insurance doesn't cover remote service work. Our sales person has text transcripts and audio transcripts through the *** that show him saying we would be willing to pick it up with a fork lift if needed. We have sent these to the customers to show her we never said we would do mobile repair work, she is still calling us a liar. We do have a right to refuse to provide warranty work under our ************ manufacturer's agreement. We will continue to provide service as long as our staff is treated with respect. We had a wonderful purchase experience from RV Country at ********, **. We set up the purchase of our new Entegra Anthem at a distance and when we arrived to take delivery, we were pleased to find the ************ figures were exactly as promised with no extra fees or surprises. The pre-delivery experience was excellent with all our questions answered. The coach was clean and in excellent condition when we took delivery. We have purchased several motorhomes and this was the best purchase/delivery experience ever.

I purchased a travel trailer in May that has a few dents, scratches & flooring issues that needs repair. It has been @ their in house shop where they have been pointing fingers at each other & the manufacturer. They might have the parts by the end of July. Meanwhile, I have been making payments on a travel trailer that I have not used & is still waiting for simple repairs. At this point I want my money back they can keep the trailer they cant seem to make right. To All, make purchases with caution with this company.

About 7 weeks ago we had work done on our ************ toy hauler that we live in full time. The roof when we brought it in was defective. ***** and ***** at ******* WA went above and beyond to help us get 1/2 of our roof replacement covered by ************ even though it was technically out of warranty. The roof was wavy and had major issues that both ***** and ***** speculated were caused by the original boards being installed too tight or something structural that needed addressed. A few weeks later we picked up our unit and paid almost $7,000 for our part of the roof **** (************ paying the rest). No one said anything about not completely repairing our roof. In April we took our RV on a trip to see my elderly parents in **. On our trip our roof membrane began lifting off of the roof while driving. After having another company take a look at the roof we discovered that RV Country hadn't fixed our roof at all and instead only placed a thin plywood layer on top of the original buckled/wavy roof and then the white rubber membrane on top of it. Basically, our messed up roof was covered up and not replaced or repaired at all. The roof under what they covered was a disaster and should have never been dealt with that way. If RV Country would have looked deeper into our roof like they said they were, then all of this could have been avoided, plus ************ would have helped pay to fix it. The new company fixed the roof properly and we had to pay again to actually make the repairs. Not to mention, our trip was ruined, we had to pay hotel and accommodations for two weeks while it was fixed. We have tried reaching out to RV Country and cannot get anyone to help us. We feel lied to, cheated and completely discarded. I own two businesses and I would never treat my customers the way we have been treated. Its been two weeks and nobody at RV Country will reach out. They have a 90 day warranty but I keep getting the run around on who is going help us.

We've reached out to the Robinsons to gather more information. We determined we didn't not correctly repair their roof. We are reimbursing them for the repair and taking action to see why and how we failed. Our goal is to learn from this experience and provide constructive coaching to our staff.RV Country Ownership
