5 starsIn my many years of **************************** I have always been curious as to the rules and regulations Prevailing Wage requires. Luckily, I started at a new company this year who asked if I was interested in taking a course to familiarize myself with the legalities. Of course I said yes! I signed up to take the beginner PW courses, taught by ******* *****. This course was AWESOME! I learned so many new things! I highly recommend taking this course if you have questions, comments, or concerns regarding anything PW. I attended the *** Crust It! seminar at *************, and am so glad I did! I learned a lot of really important compliance information that I had know idea about. This course is a MUST for anyone even considering doing Public Works and/or government projects. I have been armed with the tools I need to confidently pay and report certified payroll. I attended their CRUSH -IT Entry-level Prevailing Wage Seminar and ******* is an outstanding Teacher! 1 starMy company paid for a class years ago and I learned the basics for PW. Years later, I asked for help with Certified Payroll reporting which I needed some major assistance with. I explained what I needed help with and I was given a price of $1500.00. This to me was very high but I was at my last resort and felt that they knew what they were doing. I was given a contact of J.P., I had to follow up with her multiple times. She added that she was very busy and that she would get to my file by the end of the week. The week came and went and I had to phone her, once again, she mentioned she looked at my file and could not look any further until the question of an hourly rate amount was answered. My thought process was that THEY were to let me know the amount that should have been paid and that THEY should have looked through all of the reports/checks and any other information I had to get my file resolved. This company wasted my time and money. I would like for the BBB to call me so that I can better explain and share the emails of mismanaged findings. I do want to add that after I complained about J.P, she became easily offended, and would not listen to my explanation or concerns. She mentioned a couple of times that maybe it was a "language barrier" and not understanding the compliance terminology. ******, isn't that why I hired the professionals to help me? My goodness! Michael was absolutely fantastic. Not only was incredibly knowledgeable, he explained a huge amount of information in a way that was easy for us to understand. He also that took into account what was really important to us, and highlighted the risks we needed to pay close attention to. I very rarely write reviews, but given what a good experience we had with Michael, I really wanted to give credit where credit is due.
