  Vista, CA wants the $500.00 charge that your office received in the pending charge listed of $500.00 made
  between "Fresno Vista." So badly that Vista, CA invoiced me to Remit $500.00 .
  Those Terms and agreements are illegal and super imposing a scribbled signature could be construed as a forgery.
  
  It's Bad enough to steal from your Customers, and you folks are stealing from each other's offices Too?
  Boy mighty fine that Game of Greed.
  
  There will be 2 or 3 other Agencies will be contacting your Office.

  1-) Question Above-  Answer- $500.00 Refund- (Consumer's written Service Requests for New Parts was Not            Performed.)
  
  2)- Question Above- Answer- Yes Doubled Charged by another Rotor Rooter Field Office.
  
  DESIRED RESOLUTION
  
  Requesting $100K Out of Court Settlement to be paid to this Consumer, due to Roto Rooter Fraudulent Business
  Practices, they are:
  
  1-) Adding 2 unknown Technicians to the Invoice. plus the Individual Technician, NOT servicing the Toilet to the Consumer's  Work Order Requests ,Incompetently. A"Technician" is NOT a "Plumber". As listed on the Roto Tooter Invoice-Implies Roto Rooter employs Incompetent Unlicensed Individuals postering as Licensed
  Plumbers to the Public.Is FRAUD !.
  
  2-) Lists the Pending Charge to the Consumer's Financial Institution WITHOUT A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER
       STATING ONLY-" RR- FRESNO VISTA" FRAUDULENTLY DISPLAYS TO THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND
       CONSUMER; GIVES NO AVAILABILITY TO QUESTION THE SERVICE PERFORMED NOR SERVICE 
       CHARGE NOR TO DECLINE ROTO ROOTER'S QUESTIONABLE CHARGE.
  
  3-) Upon POST ( Clears Bank Hold) Immediately Posts  to Roto Rooter's FRESNO'S Field Office and Phone Contact Number. Later to be Billed via Roto Rooter' VISTA Field Office ( Located 29.5 miles AWAY from the Serviced Toilet).
  
  4-) Plus The Vista Roto Rooter's Invoice SHOWS ROTO ROOTER'S SELF IMPOSED CONSUMER'S SIGNATURE
        FROM THEIR TECHNICAN'S TABLET'S BLANK SPACE TO BE ONLY TOLD THAT CONSUMER HAS TO SIGN
       UNKNOWINGLY KNOW THAT THE SCRIBBLED SIGNATURE TO BE FRAUDULENTLY SUPERIMPOSED ON A         CONTRACT UNKNOWN TO CONSUMER!
  
  This Consumer does not know if the BBB can legally Enforce CA  Laws regarding Roto Rooter's Criminal Business Practices on Behalf of Consumers.
  
  But this Consumer Can Legally bring 2 Civil Suits against Roto Rooter.  Roto Rooter's Field Offices are located in California, Under CA PENAL CODE sec. 368- ELDER FINANCIAL ABUSE; CA EMBEZZLEMENT VIOLATION  et seq.
  
  And since Fresno Field Office Received Consumer's FEDERAL MONEY ,ILLEGALLY, BE ALSO BE SUED IN U.S. DISTRICT EASTERN COURT REPRESENTING EASTERN CALIFORNIA! ;VIOLATING  THE SOCIAL SECURITY 
  ACT sec. 207; and EMBEZZLEMENT VIOLATION OF SSA BENEFITS et seq.
  
  Ms. ********, Please forward this email along with this Consumer's Complaint against Roto Rooter. This News of the above might hopefully encourage Roto Rooter to mitigate their losses WOULD BE TO TAKE THIS OFFER TO
