      In Feb. 2021 the company came out to take measurements and provide an estimate for a shower door enclosure. We continued to move forward and they ordered the part. This was during the pandemic and getting materials was taking longer than usual. I do not have the exact date they did install but know it took over 6 weeks for the materials to come. March 2023 noticed baseboard where wall and shower meet was wet, water leaking in bottom. My contractor came out and couldn't determine where water was coming from, thought it was from the shower door. **** from Fresno Shower Door came out and said not due to the door must be a leak in pipe. My contractor took out piece of tile and wall, no pipe leak. Still unsure what caused leak was going to move forward with taking out shower. Got second opinion from another shower door company and they noted when shower door was installed they did not put silicone in the corner, which was where the leak was located. I had my contractor put the silicone in as he was already scheduled to come out to start demo on shower and the Fresno Shower Door didn't do it correctly the first time. As soon as silicone was in place, no more issue with leak. Talked to *****, the manager at Fresno Door, told what happen she stated she would look into it. After 3 weeks called ***** for a follow up, she had not looked into it. After another week she stated she had to find my paperwork. I called again she stated couldn't find the paperwork. I sent her the original paperwork I had, Clovis Glass document and my contractor bid. **** and installer supervisor came out, shower was already fixed. **** said they were not at fault, no proof that was what caused the leak.
