    Im having the same exact problem like ***** E L. This solar panels company is no good! Customer ********************** 1/**. CEO ***** ********* is a no help either! So once you sign that contract youre pretty much screwed! I recommend finding a different solar panels company! This is your sign not to sign! You will be avoid by them ones your panels break or stop working! They dont care for their customers !

    *******, Your complain was received on Thursday 10/24/2024 technician was at your address on Monday 10/28/2024  even when they had a full schedule the Solar Department manage to send them to your address; As I explained to you your inverter was burn and the manufactured company sent a replacement on 11/11/2024 and was received by our company the afternoon of 11/13/2024 our technician was at your house on 11/14/2024 for the replacement and left your inverter working. For the customer ********************** complaint: You have been disrespectful and rude to our staff ( customer **********************, ********************** department staff, technician and accountant) and this was brought up to your attention on the email you sent me. We understand your frustration as a client but as a company and me as a CEO I will not approved or support any disrespect to my staff. also even after this was brought out to you, our company kept communication with you by email but not by phone anymore to avoid any more disrespect and conflicts.

    Your Issue was quickly taking care off and resolve.

    The representative ***************** was very kind and helped me a lot with the doubts I had, the technicians did the job very quickly and were very kind to my husband and me we are very happy and we want to thank them for all the time they took to help us, we live in Mendota and some neighbors recommended us with the company now we recommend our daughter and she is already buying her panels with you.

    ********* the salesman that came to my home was very thorough and explain all the details and how the system and process will works & be. He was very professional, The instillation process was really fast and professional, I as a Homeowner I tried to take care of my home and their workers were very neat and clean. after a couple months of installing my electric bill has gone down, especially the months like spring and summer on my area were we have a extreme climate my A/C was always on and my solar panels took care of my bill. Thank you.

    I bought a solar system poor customer service, my solars are not working I'm stuck with a loan and paying PGE too . Im trying to solve the problem and they dont respond to my emails or phone calls . Almost every day I call ask for a manager and they don't take my calls . This company don't care about customers.

    I really recommend valley solar service corporation, they came to my house and explained to me how solar panels work and the difference on leasing and buying it, and I decided to buy the solar panels because probably I can get the benefit of the tax credit, they told me that maybe I don’t qualify for that, but I will try, thank to valley solar service iam saving on my pge bill.
